    Hi all, Quick question , is it just me or it's impossible to get 5 star reviews now? I got a 4,7 from a client that we working together for 10 months and recently a 4,3 from an order that went very well. I think it's very unprofessional to ask a client why they left "bad review" so I never do that

    The same goes to me, most of the active orders are with a 30-day time frame and pricing can be like 700$+ so I'm charging "a lot"

    @Kesha What could be a proper response when one of my existing customers notices that I'm not a top-rated seller anymore? Sorry but 2 years ago I canceled 2 orders?

    If it's true that the review system goes back 2 years there are no words to describe how bad this is. 2 years ago I was a level 1 seller and didn't even have the 10% of experience I have now as a top-rated seller.

    Suddenly my top-rated status it's at risk after almost 8 months of providing excellent services. The reason is the Order cancellations however the only orders I have to cancel were through customer support , it looks like you forgot that part and hope that you will fix it it before 15 March
