  1. That's the one I'm talking about. It wasn't even a vacation, since I was working the whole time on other projects. I am not refreshed. I am not renewed. I am not ready to work, because all I have come back to is what appears to be completely broken review system and what feels like imminent demotion from TRS no matter what, due to my alleged "drop in performance". I have plenty of choice thoughts to share on the matter, but you shall all have to imagine them. Pro-tip: swear a lot.
  2. Also, I decided to check out the ! message I was out of office, Fiverr! I was using your feature to not be online! The feature you were celebrating last year as a huge milestone! That's why I wasn't "performing"! My stats are literally all at 100% and my review thingy was 5.0 when I went Out of Office! There's nothing to evaluate in terms of performance other than that I respond to my messages very fast, even the spam ones! AND I logged in every day I wasn't in the office to make sure no errant messages got through. And you call that a drop in performance. I'm not the one dropping the ball here Fiverr. You are.
  3. My rating is N/A since I haven't made a sale since late November. 🙂 I find it curious that all my other metrics are perfect, although the inbox metrics have obviously had some fresh input since I reopened my gig with everything on RTO. I mean if the system "forgot" my reviews - I have like 3,000 of the useless lil [badwords] - then how come it remembers that I deliver on time and the other thing, even though it's over 60 days for that, too? Sure, new review system, I get it. What's the point of slogging away and giving great service and (blah blah blah) for years to build up an account if it just.. doesn't matter? If you ask me, Fiverr's turning into nothing more than Google and its HCU (Helpful Content Updates, AKA "we're not showing your website to anyone anymore and we won't tell you why"), but even Google tends not to do that to the most established websites with high trust etc. - I won't say biggest since anyone can make a huge vaguely-optimized website in 1 week with AI today. So what is Fiverr's excuse? I mean, surely the Fiverr algorithm has some sort of trust and authority rating... oh wait. It's broken in the name of a test of transparency and everyone's patience. Not that it wasn't broken before, but it's incredible how each new iteration of the feedback system just makes it more clunkier and even worse, isn't it? And we all know that when the dust settles, the sellers and buyers who manipulate the rankings anyway will find a new method to manipulate it, leaving us all to wonder what monstrosity of a review system is coming in a few more years. It's really not difficult to fix the issue. It's just expensive and time-consuming because it needs an army of people - and given the demographics, a big PR campaign to avoid being cancelled. Or maybe not, Fiverr's never been very good at that (see: Pewdiepie incident). We'll see how my first buyer of the year reacts to my amazing service in the next couple of days. I hope my $100 discount takes care of the value for money problem. But it might not if buyers reviews aren't being accurately rendered. But who cares about silly things like that when designing awesome feedback systems anyway? I'm happy to burn $100 just for a silly review for a silly review system for an even sillier badge that debuted when Fiverr was where you went to get 480p happy birthday videos from grown men in diapers for $5. I'm pretty sure the 4.2 thing is a bug, since I think lvl 2 is 4.5 or something (but I can't be bothered to check).
  4. Well, I just had a repeat buyer contact me and have secured my first order of the year starting next week. Five figures. He always gives me 5 stars and is a dream of a buyer to work with. We have worked together for years. I know what he wants and deliver very fast, exactly what he wants, no revisions. Maybe a tweak of a sentence requested every once in a blue moon. He's busy, so his reviews aren't very florid, but he always leaves one. But I'm not happy, because I'm worried about getting demoted. I know this order will make me shine in the Fiverr algo and get me more interest and potentially more orders, but guess what? I'm worried about their reviews demoting me. It's stupid. It's gamification. I'm not thinking about the money. I'm thinking about this ridiculous gamified system. It makes no sense and affects people's health. The bad sellers will just find a way to work around it as they always do. And unlike the good sellers who care, they don't care. They only care about the money. I'm a high quality, genuine seller, Fiverr. To the point you invited me to meet your CEO (who didn't listen to me). This thread now has several examples of high quality, genuine sellers, all making very similar points to the same green brick wall. I'm just going to tell my buyer the new review system changed and he should be careful filling it out to make sure the review he leaves is the one he wanted to leave. If he asks questions, I'm just going to point him to a few select threads here. I hope Fiverr doesn't consider my consumer education to be review manipulation. Should I instead work at a snail's pace so my buyer appreciates how much value for money he's getting out of my time while creating a chart full of circles and triangles to illustrate my complex working process, which primarily involves me mashing my hands on a keyboard?
  5. Here is what a success manager told a successful VOA on Fiverr after he noticed a weird dip in his reviews (my emphasis). He then went on to share this via his own community: There you have it. Everyone is going to see a drop. It matters not if you're a rubbish seller that Fiverr doesn't want or a great seller that Fiverr doesn't want. Private reviews don't work, yet they are still being retained despite the admitted failure of the whole idea behind private reviews. The best advice a SM can offer is "do more work to show that you did the work", using the much-maligned branding industry's methadology (hasn't Pepsi just gone back to it's original logo after spending a LOT of money on a report that many people thought was just a lot of busywork to make it look like the designers did work?) when making simple logos that aren't worth millions. Also, tell busy buyers how you work. Most people don't care about the working process. They care about the final result and outcome, not the journey. It all boils down to the same old thing. Fiverr is trying to use automated systems to get rid of the flood of sellers it doesn't like, penalizing its top sellers at the same time by lumping everyone into the same system - while telling them that they are 'high quality, genuine' sellers. Under the aegis of a "fairness". The person who shared this also believes the value for money metric is the dodgiest one of all. Also, bonus points to the SM for the horrible use of that dystopian phrase "the new normal". Fiverr, are you even listening to yourself, never mind the community?
  6. I've never had any of those issues, thank God - my brain is a fortress and I've always done things my way and to hey with things I don't agree with. But yes, a lot of people do suffer from these systems and the very carefully designed impact that it has on their mind. The fundamental problem here is that Fiverr is making things tougher, and pretending to be oblivious to the impact that it is having on freelancers. It's 2024. There is no way a company using any elements of gamification in their processes cannot be aware of how damaging they are. Especially when that company deliberately launched with said elements (and gamification was already a known issue). What makes this particualarly galling is the stone-faced lies and utterly instransparent apologies and insistences that everything is fair and dandy. The ignorance of the community in advertising materials and when the actual community is saying the opposite of whoever forms Fiverr's fantasy community. I've been on here since 2013. They won't do 💩 and are, as always, relying on the community to adapt and adjust, and roll over. But you know, it's not really Fiverr listening. It's Kesha. Who isn't allowed to speak much and can only "pass on" messages to the great trashbin of the CEO's office.
  7. Also, here's Fiverr's YT video launching the thing My immediate takeaway is that the CEO can't even be bothered to launch this and it was palmed off to someone else. "After all, who knows Fiverr better than we [sellers] do?" All the sellers in that video. Who are they? The name cards don't give their Fiverr handle. If they are sellers, how can they speak for the community when the community is saying the polar opposite of what they are saying? At the end, "Jenny", An alleged VO on Fiverr, says that "As a freelancer, I love having control over my career" before breathlessly praising the new review system for making things "easier than ever" with - that darn word again, TRANSPARENCY. Are these people in a different community? I don't recognize them. They seem to be singing from a different sheet, and.... what? The comments under the video wasted 2 seconds of my life.
  8. Also, I'd like to highlight a few points from Julie's story (see LinkedIn, uh, link, above): Julie didn't take Fiverr seriously at first; not a main source of income Was one of the first Pros (going by the date) Income explodes to $1000s/day breastfeeding while working on Fiverr Lots of LATE deadlines (since back then, you needed buyers to approve those... and they often didn't. Remember, after 48 hours, buyers can unilaterally cancel...) Lying about her working habits to her husband like an addict lies about their problem Tension headaches (stress) HALLUCINATIONS (stress) Mental breakdown and realization of addiction to gamified Fiverr systems Toward the end, she asks this question. Remember, this was written in 2017 (my emphasis) when things were a LOT EASIER: Just look at that, Kesha. Where is Fiverr listening? Look at Facebook: https://www.euronews.com/next/2023/10/25/facebook-and-instagrams-owner-meta-inc-being-sued-for-harming-children-in-41-us-states How many 13-18 yos work on Fiverr, under "parental supervision" which in many cases is not really supervised by the parents as much as it should be, beyond the touch points mentioned in the TOS/Minors Policy. The teenage brain is one of the most malleable out there. Teens are also, due to the whole developmental stage thing, very vulnerable to stress and anxiety. I would argue that this continues well into what we would consider adulthood, since the brain does not finish developing until... 25, I think? A time is coming when Fiverr will need to answer for all of this. I don't know when that time is coming, but it will not be a moment too soon when it does.
  9. Kesha, again, could you please get someone with authority to speak with sellers about the issues raised? I get it, you're probably being asked to ignore them. That's not a good look. Fiverr keeps telling people that is it listening and transparent etc. These are empty platitudes, and responding to questions pointing out the contradictions within the system about "fairness" does nothing when the system is so badly-designed that it contradicts itself. 5 star reviews are now even more important! I have mentioned my POV on here, @ing you and also directly to staff in the Pro threads. Silence. Why? Here's a post from LinkedIn. It's quite old. It's a woman writing about how badly Fiverr's gamification elements affected her back then. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/danger-gamifying-your-work-my-personal-fiverr-story-julie-schoen/ You know what's most interesting about this post, Kesha? The date. 2017. The levels system that is being replaced wasn't launched until 2018. Prior to that, there were no evaluations at all. I don't know how she managed to get hooked on that, but that's part of the point I'm making. Fiverr's just made it a lot worse with this new review system. The fact it is to be launched on Valentines Day, the commercialized day of love, really just says it all. Some people - like Julie up there - will feel the damage very early, when a gamified system (which is actually a fluffy form of psychological warfare - and I'm not joking) isn't particularly aggressive. Others might be able to withstand a lot more. But every time it gets harder and even more integrated into what is essentially, a part of someone's self-identity (the likes on this forum are another element of gamification), the more health can be affected, mental and physical. My question, Kesha, is a simple one. How long will it be until Fiverr's systems - which it knows uses elements of gamification and therefore, psychological manipulation - cause someone their life? Perhaps it already has. (quick edit: I can think of at least one very successful Pakistani seller who became an alcoholic as a result of Fiverr's pressures, so let's not forget self-medication to cope) If not through the s-word (I have no idea if that's a bad word, but people who do this aren't generally alive after it), then stress. Which can lead to lifelong chronic health conditions, which can, you know, deeply impact a person's ability to earn anywhere. Many other longstanding sellers on Fiverr have made it a point to tell staff, often in direct consultations, that Fiverr is appalling for mental health because of its own systems. As far as I know, every time this happens, they get a flowery "empathy and concern" message, which might as well be the "thoughts and prayers" on FB after anything terrible happens. But all this empathy and concern leads to systems that have increase the potential for negative health impacts on freelancers. And when this is mentioned on forum, it's ignored. Why? That's not empathy and concern. That's paying lip service and ignoring the actual issue. Please get someone with authority to come and talk to us. Meanwhile, here are a couple of comments from r/fiverr: 1. This person sums up why I have never had any interest in any of Fiverr's consultation features. 2. This poster sums up the truth of the new system: it rewards high volume, cheap sales, pushes people to put their prices down, and ... I'm not sure about his last point, tbh. The psychological warfare of heightened gamification and cheap gigs for review farming. This is, ultimately, the end result of Fiverr's 2024 plan, while talking about caring about its community. (not shouting, just making this stand out from the reddit screenshots...)
  10. You could be right - this stuff is really confusing and we're breaking new ground (including Fiverr) and the EU AI Act does seem to have an overall emphasis on protecting people from AI in various situations. Plus, there's this: https://www.brusselstimes.com/837526/uber-does-not-make-the-law-eu-to-improve-working-conditions-for-platform-workers The EU probably wouldn't mind another gig economy big tech scalp to add to its collection. God and its PR team knows it needs to be seen on the side of the "little man" more often. I don't believe a single comment has been made by any member of staff anywhere to any of the comments that people have made about this. That's pretty disappointing, and it just makes the whole transparency schtick more annoying. As for Neo, I reckon that it's not going to be seeing much use now as its too slow. I'm sure it'll get faster and more advanced with all the new data being fed into it, at which point it may well become the preferred way to search. I usually use Perplexity to search for stuff now. It's much quicker to get answers to questions without having to open 101 spammy SEO blogs, and yeah, the info might be wrong, but so might the 101 spammy SEO blogs. I'm also going to bet that in the near future, people who understand how semantic seo, nlp etc works will do very well with Neo after a few tests. It is an LLM/search engine at the end of the day. We're all on the precipice of a very uncertain future...
  11. https://www.europarl.europa.eu/news/en/headlines/society/20201015STO89417/ai-rules-what-the-european-parliament-wants Some choice quotes (my highlights in bold, though note the article is old and gets updated): One of the reports focuses on how to ensure safety, transparency and accountability, prevent bias and discrimination, foster social and environmental responsibility, and ensure respect for fundamental rights. "The citizen is at the centre of this proposal," said report author Ibán García del Blanco (S&D, Spain). === On 20 January 2021, Parliament proposed guidelines for military and non-military use of AI, especially in areas such as military, justice and health. "AI must never replace or relieve humans of their responsibility," said Gilles Lebreton (ID, France), the MEP in charge of the proposals. MEPs stressed the necessity of human oversight of AI systems used in defence and reiterated Parliament's call to ban AI-enabled autonomous lethal weapons. (yes, I know that's about military. But it is one of the overarching principle behind the act: human oversight) ===== https://www.europarl.europa.eu/news/en/headlines/society/20210414STO02010/shaping-the-digital-transformation-eu-strategy-explained To ensure Europe makes the most of AI's potential, MEPs have accentuated the need for human-centric AI legislation, aimed at establishing a framework that will be trustworthy, can implement ethical standards, support jobs, help build competitive “AI made in Europe” and influence global standards. Once approved, these will be the world’s first rules on artificial intelligence. Negotiations between the Parliament and EU countries on the final shape of the regulations are ongoing. ==== Once approved, these will be the world’s first rules on artificial intelligence. Negotiations between the Parliament and EU countries on the final shape of the regulations are ongoing. (personally, I think other jurisdictions around the world will follow the footsteps of the EU's legislation) https://www.europarl.europa.eu/news/en/headlines/society/20211209STO19124/eu-digital-markets-act-and-digital-services-act-explained (This is an act focusing on "online platforms" - so relevant to Fiverr) The purpose of the Digital Markets Act is to ensure a level playing field for all digital companies, regardless of their size. The regulation will lay down clear rules for big platforms - a list of “dos” and “don’ts” - which aim to stop them from imposing unfair conditions on businesses and consumers. Such practices include ranking services and products offered by the gatekeeper itself higher than similar services or products offered by third parties on the gatekeeper's platform or not giving users the possibility of uninstalling any preinstalled software or app. ==== That legislation may not be relevant until.... March 2024 for Fiverr. Which does coincide quite nicely with the full launch of the rating system. Coincidence or conspiracy? It would also explain why I had that hideous spam email from Fiverr (Fiverr Solutions) which was effectively Fiverr affiliate spam for various products that you could get a % discount on if you clicked their link. Why Fiverr? I didn't understand that at all, but it might help you meet the "similar services or products", mightn't it? I'm going to stop banging on about the EU. Mostly because I want to play Medieval Rat Plague 2: The Rattening. (or Plague Story II: Requiem as it is more boringly called), but also because it appears that interest is low in getting Big Daddy EU beat up Fiverr's dad. With nunchucks and wild karate skillz. EDIT :https://www.euractiv.com/section/artificial-intelligence/news/eu-commission-readies-establishment-of-ai-office/ They agreed to something something the AI office today. Anyway, that article has a bit more info about what that place will do. Literally published 10m ago. I see this as a good omen. The timing, that is.
  12. It's the same thing as when companies pretend to love rainbow people and other minorities for a week: pandering lip service to the zeitgeist without effecting any actual change. https://www.europarl.europa.eu/news/en/headlines/society/20230601STO93804/eu-ai-act-first-regulation-on-artificial-intelligence Gamification of levels based on AI. The aforementioned direct warnings to Fiverr staff - and probable quite large number of sellers who have suffered health issues due to stress as a result of etc and who continue to be vulnerable (and thus forcing them to get out of work and income) due to ever-heavier levels of AI/gamification to avoid the cost of manual human oversight. Unacceptable risk? I'd say so.
  13. Yep, that's my story. But also the age-old story of "youth is wasted on the young". I hope your illness sucks less than mine 🙂
  14. Well, I just sent this message over. That's not the full thing. The rest was a precis of how and why Fiverr is abusing AI, but not mentioning Fiverr (yet) since I'm banking on curiosity killing the cat to get this sent somewhere and get a response. I'll update if/when a suit replies. And yes, I realize some people would rather do things anonymously hence the silence here. I got one word for you: r/fiverr. Which I helpfully happen to be the moderator of. But I won't be doing anything there until the EU shows interest. And yes, I do feel like this has been a bit hysterical. Also, I found this petition thing! Maybe I should have started with that.... oh well, whatever. @catwriter, problem with the health thing is young sellers won't feel it for years yet - and being young, they won't believe it will happen to them until it does. Also re: SP, I got the original deal (for the first 200 sellers) that's meant to be lifetime. If that gets nixed by AI, I'm pretty sure that's a violation of something or other. Anyway, step 1 in progress: try get the EU's interest and wonder if you did it all wrong. Blimey, the EU sure likes its checks and validations....
  15. Oh, OK. They're going to make an "AI Office" which doesn't look like its ready yet. Gawd. https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en/library/commission-decision-establishing-european-ai-office Anyway, first things first. If we're to write to our MEPs, we should have a proper letter that details exactly what the issue is relating it back to studies and how it may fall in violation of the prospective act. Then that should ideally be translated into various EU languages ready for any seller to send off to their MEP. At least that list exists: https://www.europarl.europa.eu/meps/en/search/advanced This probably isn't the best location to start a "let's all get together and bother the EU" thing, is it? Anyway, I need someone with legal things and translators to help me draft the thing.
  16. I also know - that's why I'm out the office so much. It sucks, but I cannot physically handle stress anymore (I can mentally, but it seems it doesn't work that way...). One troublesome buyer too many. I'm wasting time here. I'm going to go and find out which department or man or whatever is in charge of the EU AI Act is. Then I'm going to share that on here and plaster it to the top of Reddit. I would invite everyone living in the EU to do the same. And write to their local MEP too. I'd say if the EU needs a poster child or something to show how AI is damaging people's whatever, we've got it. It's not going to be that difficult to get it in the media afterwards. Plus, there's no need for sellers to unionize. We apparently have diverse amazing talent here. What if we all worked, for free, with one another, to make sure that Fiverr heard us? I'm not talking about whining on a forum. I'm talking about putting all of our skills together against Fiverr. Anyone want to join me? If it goes well, Fiverr will be forced to change something and you'll probably get a nice bit of publicity for your Fiverr / off-Fiverr work. If it doesn't, meh, we tried. Also this idea is a bit more effective than the usual call for unionization since we can all stay at home on our computers doing what we do anyway. #winning
  17. I..... Sellers will still want 5 star reviews because only scores between 4.2 and 4.7 matter. Effectively, you need 5 star reviews for stability and to reduce the stress of constant demotion/promotion (let's see, one feeds endorphins/dopamine, the other ??? - and isn't that bad for your mental health and how your brain functions, and now Fiverr is dialing it up? There's already enough sellers who have meltdowns over losing levels!). This in turn fuels "cheating" and/or eventual burnout. OK, and of non-constructive feedback where a buyer is deliberately setting out to harm a buyer and makes threats about such? This is more of a cheaper seller problem, but AFAIK, Fiverr isn't planning to change much in how they assess disputed reviews - see valued autonomy - and of course we all know CS can take a few "goes" to actually read the issue. I wonder what the stats look like on people giving up? Ironic, then, that sellers are to become subject to the autonomy of various AI systems feeding into it with zero regulatory oversight. Yet. I like the bit about how "Fiverr is committed to address valid concerns to maintain a fair and reliable platform for both freelancers and customers". Are you really, Fiverr? @Kesha, I'm sure you've seen my EU AI post. Would you like to get someone from Fiverr to comment about how this current system as it stands falls in line with anticipated changes should this act go through? Would Fiverr be able to continue with this system as designed, or would it need to adapt it? If they would need to adapt it, why redesign it so poorly in the first place; Fiverr can hardly be unware of this major threat to how they currently run their business (i.e. overeliance on AI systems to cut costs) Don't worry Kesha. You don't need to pass it on. You and I both know nobody will respond. Including you because *awkward!*. Which again brings me back to the word transparency that y'all keep throwing about. Please stop throwing it about. "Opaque" is a great word too. Now, please excuse me while I go throw myself into a pit of ravenous wolves for some light stress relief.
  18. P.S. Fiverr, please cite your sources
  19. I have to admit, this made me smile. Well done to that HQ sadist! Fiverr really loves us after all...
  20. This.... smells like an easy way to reward review manipulation (aka paid reviews) to me. So, let's say a seller has an unfortunate experience with a buyer and gets a 4 star review. Oh no! It's time for a trip to the fake review store to remove that disgustingly unfair blip and stay on track for TRS! (unlikely to work, I'm just gaming a common perspective). OK, so the marketplace gets a bit more dynamic and accurately reflects performance today. Does this mean sellers are going to ping-ping between levels? What about the whole # of gigs people can have? If a seller is ping-ponging, how does that work with gigs? What if a lvl 1 seller drops to a 79% inbox response rate but goes somewhere to beg a bunch of people to message them? Is that gaming the system? So we don't have all the details yet, but what if the score system drops under whatever but the other stuff is above? Is that day-by-day? Is one more important than the other? I have no idea how to make gigantic screenshots smaller on here btw. And why is all the language on that page about advancing and new sellers? Sure, it's positive if you put it in that light, but what about the reverse? People who have been TRS and kept it for years and kept on top as thet gamification performance net squeezes even more out of them? And, in turn, those new sellers who eventually "make it"? What is the reward for "making it" at the end? Because the hard work begins when you reach the top, and it seems Fiverr isn't really trying to look after the mental health (and potentially physcial due to stress) of those sellers. Does that sound a bit hysterical? Maybe, but there are plenty of studies out there about how gamification has harmful addictive properties. That's one thing when it's tied to a mobile game, quite another when its tied to your work. I recall that many leaders in big tech don't let their kids use their own tech. I know Fiverr staff are required to create a seller account so they "understand" the processes, but do they really? I can't see how a couple of "sells" on a new seller profile (I'm guessing) would help them to understand. But I'm pretty sure they're not grinding to the top only to get all of this nonsense. Anyway, shouting at the sky, I know. All anyone can do is try to disconnect the psychological impact of gamification from their Fiverr "career", but how? Now the pressure is on daily. For everyone. In a battleground of .5 star across a 5 star range. With an extra score thing because why not? I hope this falls foul of the AI EU act.
  21. I think my profile says "has experience with business" and I really do prefer to work with them. My most problematic buyers are always "solopreneurs" who haven't learned to trust their project fully to others yet. I mean, I get that, but they're the most likely to micromanage and its their limited budget which they could be spending on (whatever) but instead they've had to spend it all on me. So you really do have to go "above and beyond" to hit some pie in the sky metric. I know I don't hit it when they don't review me 🙂 Which is also why I have the N/A. Meanwhile, at Fiverr (just imagine an Israeli flag....)
  22. It's $. Manually vetting (new) sellers and T&Sing bad experiences takes humans. Right now, everything (OK, a lot of things) is automated. How do you sort out the bad apples from the good? How do you know if a seller really did just make an innocent mistake or if they're a serial bad apple but know the systems and how to dodge them? Etc. etc. It's a game of cat and mouse using AI. Since this isn't being properly launched until next month (? still playing catch up) it might take a bit longer for the baddies to catch up and find new systems around this (I mean, it's not that hard to find fake reviews for sale online if someone really wanted to do that) so... ....and it's just so weird that everything is focused on this narrow 4.2 - 4.7 band (literally half a star). A high volume seller can get away with a LOT more rogue behavior than a $$$$ seller. Will AI see that? Because a human could after quite a lot of investigation. So Fiverr thinks that 4 - 4.9 is "more trustworthy"? On behalf of all low volume sellers on Fiverr: This sucks badwords. Look at TopTal: they won't accept anyone unless they're the top 3%. Whether that's true or not, assuming the tests and interview process is as rigororous as they claim, those sellers are at least on an equal footing when it comes to abilities/expectations/outcomes etc. On Fiverr, an amateur hobbyist with low prices and mediocre skills can make a lot more sales to a lot more customers who are more easily pleased (see: value for money/expectations etc) than idk, some uber-pro who has been doing X professionally for 20 years and has worked with big brands and charges $5k dayrates. The uber-pro gets fewer orders and - believe me, I know this - a lot of "plz discount" requests as well as people who buy and make a big deal of how much they spent. That has always made me nervous due to the expectancy. I think the time has finally come to turn on Request to Buy. I don't want to work with people who are acting like they've just given me their life savings. I never have. Oh well, at least Request to Buy exists.
  23. I mean, I've basically got to get nothing BUT 5 stars to keep my TRS since I'm a N/A currently? Bleh. This just encourages me to put everything on RTO and only accept orders from people I work with. Plus like someone has probably already pointed out, the example shows someone getting a medium review in one of the things and yet it's a 5 star review? What do these emojis mean? Anyway, well done for not listening to anything anybody said and saying "we'll do it in future, maybe" Fiverr. That's even less transparent than "we listened to you and made some micro-changes" with the cancellation stuff last year. Please stop introducing this stuff as transparent and start focusing on targeting the actual people who are creating problems in this marketplace. To start off the top of my head, there's still a 1-star difference between 💩 and 😍 so far as the levels are concerned. How does this make anything better in terms of "buyers trust reviews between 4 and 4.9 more"? Why not just make it binary again... ....Because this is just pretending to be a fully-fleshed out system when it seems the reality is you needed more metrics for AI and had a superficial fiddle with the rest. If I got anything wrong, this is all based on a 20 second glance at everything before becoming immediately outraged at the absolute gall of this fiesta de mierda 🙂
  24. Am I thick or is this just complicated?
