  1. Fiverr encourages using "Fiverr Anywhere" read more here: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010452457-Using-Fiverr-Anywhere-to-Send-Custom-Offers I think it's a matter of how you advertise your services, if it gains traction your Fiverr profile and gets you more orders, I think that it would be fine.
  2. I am curious what kind of issues have you heard happened regarding this? As far as I know as long as the payment process is done through Fiverr's platform then it's fine.
  3. Do you have buyer requirements put on? Make sure to set it as required so that way the order never starts until the buyer places instructions or attaches files. Make a proposal to extend delivery time. However I doubt the buyer will be responding soon. So I suggest you just cancel the order. Discuss with Customer Support --> https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new You can tell them the buyer did not respond for X days and you want to request to cancel and ask that it not affect your order completion rate. Customer Support can assist in that aspect.
  4. It has no benefit to you in any way as a seller on Fiverr.
  5. Fiverr has definitely been updating the algorithm and the many factors that make our gigs show up on search. We can only speculate why but only they would be able to answer.
  6. You already know the answer, your gig is live. Sometimes it may not seem to appear in search, because there are a lot of other gigs in that search query as well so they need visibility too. Perhaps you just missed a page. Use https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new/gig My gig doesn't appear in search --> Select gig If it says active, then your gig is appearing in search. Focus on improving your gig, don't update it everyday but see what works and stick to it.
  7. Hmm. I don't do Fiverr full time! But I would be fine with a paid membership depending on the costs, and how it justifies other things, I make enough on Fiverr to offset a paid membership. And if anything, I think a paid membership will improve the overall quality of the platform in general? Too early to say anything definite, so just my initial thoughts.
  8. Yes having new orders and getting good feedback both positive and public will help push the gig. But quoting 90% directly does not make this a reliable statistic. Also the OP's question is "response to buyer review"
  9. Where did you get your statistics?
  10. Hey, congrats! Wishing you more success. Is this a sign...of more productivity I see? 👀 No forum withdrawals I hope? Haha! I just missed the forum regulars who I would consider online Fiverr friends.
  11. Fiverr usually rotates the gigs. It will depend on a lot of factors. I don't think its mainly because of that one order.
  12. I think your post should go under forum feedback, not community rules and guidelines. Anyhow, yes I agree I would want to see a dark mode if that is possible down the line.
  13. No, I don't think so. And if it did most likely it's a very small factor. What matters more I think is the actual review of the buyer both public and private.
  14. I think it's the system that automatically schedules your next exam date so unless someone manually intervenes that really will be the next time you can take the exam. Perhaps Customer Support can look into it for you.
  15. I think the forum is still on soft launch, the topics will return and be accessible again like before.
  16. Of course, they did not! :woman_facepalming:t2: Here’s some emojis to brighten your day, Vickie! haha 🍰
  17. Thanks for sharing the example although I don’t think you’re allowed to put the exact gig link in the forum. Anyhow, yeah I checked and the gig description seems a bit vague. Truly the solution at the moment is to go through the many sellers until you find the right one, which as you say does take up your time. Or take the route of posting in the buyers request section that will allow the sellers to come to you. Although I just wanted to share that as much as there are sellers who have a vague gig description there are those with very detailed ones and packages. It will take probably a minute to read and not bother to contact those kind of sellers? And spend your time instead with those who have detailed packages? You can also report your experience to Customer Support as well as I don’t think they usually go through the forum as often.
  18. What kind of service were you purchasing that was $5 then was quoted with a higher cost? That is common if what you’re asking is out of the scope of the basic $5. You are always free to find a seller that works with your budget
  19. I don’t think CS would mind if you ask them that. You should go ahead and try and update here how it went.
  20. For everyone who noticed their gig doesn’t show up in search or changed rank, check here if it is marked as active. If it says active then you’re just undergoing gig rotation. Meaning Fiverr is letting other people have more exposure for the meantime. If it says under review then you need to contact Customer Support to ask what might be wrong. 21. I’m a 0 Level Seller (Supposedly Level 2 tbh and just had a series of unfortunate buyers)… I have the early payout available. And oddly one of my gigs are even tagged Fiverr’s choice every other week despite the lack of the level 😅 @hill_climber it usually appears and disappears every so often. It appears in random since it’s still in beta meaning they are still testing it out.
  22. Ohh, not sure… I think last suggestion is clear your cache and log in again. If that doesn’t work maybe try contacting Fiverr Support…
  23. Have you double checked both on the app that your online status is turned on and through https://www.fiverr.com/users/adnan_montakin/edit/account ? (btw, i just replaced your name on that link so you can easily click it)
