My best seller gig with 1100 positive reviews + Repeat buyers badge from last 1 month + qualified for promotion + Ranking on Top in my category (Digital Marketing + Local SEO) is no where on any single keyword from last 3 months now. Gig is optimized, Image is good, Video is good, no negative reviews, getting orders from old clients, on time delivery, best response rate, everything is perfect but Gig is nowhere on any keyword on any single page, There are alot of gigs with zero reviews, I don't understand. I have been waiting for 3 months now. other gig with average performance are everywhere with all keywords. What should i do?

You are right But I'm working here since years, I'm an IT person and i know how algorithms work. I've team of 20 professionals in my office and our business is running throufh fiverr. Competitors are still there since months. Their gigs are stable. There are things that are very confusing. Like how is it possible that all gigs disappeared at the same time? I have not seen my gig on second page, why? Drop of ranking means gigs will go down from 1st page to 2nd, 3rd or 4th or 5th. But what is this to disappeared from fiverr. Suppose one month when everything is good then you get 10,000$ per month and when you see these issue you earn 2000 to 3000$. then this thing gives depression.

Ok so I'm level 2 seller on Fiverr since 2017 and started professional and full time freelancing in 2020 july. I have completed 2500+ projects successfully on fiverr with 80 cancellation including those as well that cancelled by buyer's mistake. I've started using promoted gig option and since then i was facing issue after every second day that my gigs are not qualified and then all gigs disappeared from all searches. I stopped using that option and everything was going smoothly from last 6 to 7 months. On 8th of september all my gigs again disappeared from all searchs/ pages and keywords and my impression of best gig went down from 2500+ to zero per day. Perfomance was outstanding, There were no cancellation, Reveiws were amazing, Clients were happy, Delivery rate, Response rate, everything was excellent. It remains the same for 35 days almost. and in these35 days i just got orders from my old clients, no orders from new client or any message. then on 12th of october i got the notification that "Head's up, you are not promoting your gigs now. promote your gigs". and after 5 to 7 hours of this notification got all my 6,7 gigs back on first page on respective categories. Everythins was going perfect now. started getting alot of business as well but again on 21st of october all gigs disappeared from all searches/pages/keywords etc and impression zero again on all gigs. Like seriously? What is happening here? Still i have 50+ orders in Queue. It just gives depressiona nothing else. Can someone help me with experience?

I am delivering 3 to 4 orders on daily basis I have my old clients who orders regularly if i didn't even get from new clients But thank you so much for you kind replies i will focus more on my current orders in queue

Now again i can see my gig on first page in first row, and with keywords as well I don't know what is happening

My gig is in same condition from very first days. It's one year old gig and monthly orders are more than 100. If ranking goes down then it should just miss the page not the whole fiverr. stats are very good, I am working on fiver since 2017 and i know that how and when gig ranking goes down and how it looks. But this is something strange happening from last few days.

Hi Seniors, As i discussed in my last question that my gig disappeared and i got back within 2 days on first page and in first row using keywords as well. Next day again when i wake up in morning, i checked that gig was not in searches again, not in any page, in any category and not with any keyword but got gig back again after 12 to 13 hours on the first page. Now today again it disappeared from all searches. I don't know what is happening. when i contact customer support they just say that Gig is live. My gig current orders are 13 in Queue, and number of new orders on daily basis are 2 to 3. What should i do to keep the gig live and in searches? How it's possible that gig disappears again and again after some hours and then come back for a short time. We are losing new order actually Note: Other 2 gigs are stable Thanks in advance
