I'm sorry to hear of your loss, @kendal1747! You have every right to grieve. Work can wait a bit. I hope you can give yourself time to heal and to reconnect with your circle of friends and family.

I've been too busy (a fault of mine), so I'm also trying to slow down and cherish the moments that I have with my family (both on and offline). We only have one life.

Thank you so much. I think that work will help in the long run. It is just getting back to doing this every day and maybe some of the hurt will be less and less as the days go by. I just wish I had been there to say goodbye, but that's life and we can't change it. I have been crying too much and I think I will get some of my funny videos out and try to think about happier times. That will have to wait until this weekend though. 

Before this, I was trying to put together a video for my demos. I will get back to that and just be busy. I think that helps.

Being busy does help! Are you making the demo video for Fiverr? I'll have to take a look and see!

We are doing well in Tokyo - things are getting busy with the kids' schooling and the weather is getting colder (with lots of rain)!☔
