  1. Couldn't that mean that declining it counts towards your response rate and time performance metrics because declining is a response?
  2. Maybe try a different browser (sometimes it doesn't work for me on one browser but works on another)...
  3. My SM said that their AI system is judging the communication (it's not just buyer reviews and that % metric) but couldn't tell me specifics....
  4. In a meeting last week with my SM, they said that they're still testing both stars and emoji....
  5. They have to review you first before you can give them a review 🙂
  6. Chrome! Apologies for my bad phrasing, I meant that the people on the first pages don't seem to have videos (i.e., unlike before when it was clear (I felt) that having a video dramatically increased one's search visibility).
  7. It would likely affect the conflict-free orders metric, which affects your gig's score and so your Success Score.
  8. Argh, am in the same boat too!! I had a quick look at the Proofreading and Editing category and (at least on my browser) people on the first page (for various search criteria) had many fewer reviews than they did before (e.g., 20-80. Plus, the "sort by" function made no apparent sense to me (how can one of the best-selling gigs have around 20 reviews)... Videos also don't seem to be showing up...
  9. Some people on another thread found that rankings massively differ from browser to browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) as well
  10. Extension requests definitely count but whether revisions do is still yet to be confirmed (Fiverr is saying different things)....
  11. In my meeting with my SM, it felt like they really want to push the new-ish AI section for writing/editing.... (which is not my cup of tea)
  12. The AI translation tools that are currently available are a million times better than five years ago (same as transcription), though they still need to be checked by humans for now (tone issues, nuances, tenses, style, etc.)
  13. I think the least that could happen especially given the immense changes in the Fiverr system is that if SMs aren't available you have a temporary SM assigned but clearly there isn't the capacity for that!!
  14. Mine is suddenly away from the 19th to the 21st but that could be for plenty of reasons
