The guidelines on Fiverr is to communicate via the platform and not outside the Fiverr platform. Try communicate with this client via the platform if possible.

For me the same, I changed the text in my Gigg, That helps. Use different words.

In my account i don't have "service type". Is that only for premium members or top sellers etc.?

Is it possible to communicate with the client that you can accept his order only when he places new/ separate orders for the extra words. In this case 2 extra orders. Taking in account that this will extend the delivery date? Or could you make an extra package with 2000+ words with a longer delivery time? In that case you can refers the client to that package? If I understand Fiverr (I am quite new to this platform) it is possible to ad more delivery dates when clients ask for more words. You will find this in the edit mode under pricing. What is best to do? Deliver first via the deliver button on Fiverr so I am sure I deliver on time? Or deliver via email on Fiverr and wait for approval from the client and deliver after approval. Only then It can take a while before the client responds and the deliver time doesn’t stop. What do yo advise me to do?

What if I want to see the video or film the client has produced. I need this to provide a voice-over. Is it allowed that the client shares a link where I can few the video? Or must the client upload his video in Fiverr so I can watched it? And what if the client doen't want to upload?

I did all the steps you mentioned, it is also discribed in the video, but still Fiverr calculated its own price. It could be that I do someting wrong. Next time I will see what hapens and will have a closer look at it. For now thanks for your help.
