  2. Well, some sellers did admit, but most of them don't. Maybe some of them don't even remember creating another profile, maybe even years ago. Or their relative/friend did on the same advice/IP etc. They can connect profiles if they see similar services, email, profile picture etc The decision is final, no use in sending new messages.

  5. It is wise to be honest. The support answered you and told you to contact Payoneer. Maybe this opening and deleting profiles multiple times caused some problems with Payoneer itself. Advice and don't get offended: I realise family/friends relations differ from country to country, but this combining profiles, sharing the same device etc often causes this kind of problems, the support blocks double accounts, fake identity accounts etc. And I don't understand why other withdrawal methods are also disabled.

  7. You probably got an email saying that you won't participate in levelling any more. They are practically limiting you to working with old customers. New customers will have a hard time finding your gigs in search.
  8. You will probably get an email soon. I think there is a copyright problem with your second gig picture. You might get denied. You might also get a response on your ticket.

  11. You can see that you no longer have a top rated level. Based on what I have found on your profile, you are probably already experiencing low visibility in search results. And I don't see support changing their decision. Rarely they do , even when us mods interfere. I don't think there will be an option for you to level up anymore.
  12. It affects. Your gig will be barely visible at the last search page and you won't be able to upgrade to a higher level.

  14. I am sorry, my mistake. Usually, they restrict after discovering clones. Nevertheless, the problem is that they won't answer you because their decision is final. You can only work with old customers and cannot participate in the level system. It's like you are banned, but you are not banned. I don't think that many users will be satisfied with this kind of situation.

  16. You've done some great work here, but this is something that happens a lot these days, after some recent changes in Fiverr rules/moderation. You created more than one account from the same device/ip/similar email/profile picture and you are now restricted to block. This decision is usually final and you have time to finish ongoing orders and withdraw money.

  20. It seems that just recently you were doing someone's tasks/essay. You offered communication through whatsapp. I think that this will lead to block and their decision is final.

  23. Don't discourage yourself ! I see that order cancellations and communication were a problem. Sometimes you just get a problematic buyer and it can lead to chatting problems, conflicts and eventually cancellations. A buyer can leave a private negative review. These new rules are much more strict and might seem unfair, but you will have to wait for about 3 months more - the most important thing is that you're doing a great job with old customers.
