Yes, they usually don't reply when the decision is final. The problem is that the found clone account/s - you made 2 or more accounts from the same IP/device or with similar email or profile picture. Maybe it's an old abandoned account, account you made for a friend/relative, but it still counts.

The gig picture can be much more atractive and you can add more gigs. If your impressions don't lead to clicks, then the gig title, price or picture might be the reason.

You have been restricted. You got 2 warnings about communicating outside fiverr and they found you opened more than one account. I think that there's no chance of getting your profile back.

You can write to the support, but have in mind that they probably heard about these kind of explanations, so I'm not sure there is a great chance of your profile getting unrestricted. Good luck.

It's flagged because you created more than one account from the same ip/device or they found similar emails or profile pictures or a combination of these factors. Usually their decision is final.

No matter how much money is in the game, it is not worth destroying your health. Maybe some buyers are so impatient that they want only a seller who is online, but the majority want someone who is experienced or a new seller who attracted them with his optimised gigs/bio. My Fiverr Gigs Vanished from Search! Help!

Did you receive a message from Fiverr support ? Your account is flagged because they found clone accounts. You made more than one account (even if the other ones are abandoned/made years ago). -
The reason why your account is restricted is that they found clone accounts. You made more than one account - from the same ip/device/similar email/profile picture, and so there is evidence that it's all you.

Unfortunately this decision is final. You can finish your ongoing orders. I see that the support gave you a generic answer, so I think that there is nothing you can do. Maybe you should add that you didn't know that academic services are not allowed, but I don't think it will help.

They found clones - other profiles you created from the same device, ip, with similar email, profile picture etc. They concluded that it's you behind at least 2 or more profile. Unfortunately this will lead to a block, and they won't answer to a ticket because the decision is final. Present orders can be finished.

If they don't lead to clicks and orders, they decrease in time. The algorithm is giving you a chance for some time. You should add more pictures, every gig has 1 picture and is similar to the others. Pictures should be informative and related to the service you offer.

This is 100% a scam. Fiverr would never send you this. It's a fake page he's leading you to. -
I know that it is boring and frustrating, but the "penalty" is that you have to wait for a longer time. You need to be very careful with these new rules - communication, value for money, cancellations etc. - overall success score.
