  1. Hi All. So basically the 'block' button has been improved to a 'report' button. By providing more reporting options, you, as users, will have a wider range of choices to select from and we get more detailed information as to why that user is getting reported. It allows us to act faster as the report is forwarded to the Relevant team for review. Hope this clarifies it.

  3. Hello @mominul_ssm Do you maybe mean shift? The results shown in the search are individual for each user. The algorithm in charge takes many factors into account, which is why the position of your Gigs cannot be manually altered. It could be that Fiverr by default changes the resolution to fit the standardized dimensions. If you are unsure, please send an email to our Customer Support to support@fiverr.com. We saw that you reached out to Fiverr Customer Support asking for specific feedback which you received. Please follow our Guidelines and whenever in doubt, always contact our CS. Even if it seems small and irrelevant. That is one of the best ways to avoid warnings and account restrictions.

Also, please note that Fiverr does not guarantee impressions or clicks for your Gig. We do provide a marketplace for you to advertise your Gigs and leave you to find the best way to make them appealing and promote them outside of Fiverr to increase the number of clicks your Gig receives. The algorithm in charge takes many factors into account, such as overall performance, ratings, number of completed orders, etc, which is why the position of your Gigs cannot be manually altered. By promoting your Gigs, you reach a bigger circle of potential clients which can lead to greater success and increased opportunities to grow your business. Gigs are not to be promoted here on the Forum. Only in the 'My Fiverr Gigs' and 'Improve my Gig' categories, members of the Forum are free to leave their Gig links presenting their Gigs or asking for advice on their Gigs. Hope this helps.

  20. Hi @bushrakinam Your Fiverr account is active as you can see here bushrakinam. One of your Gigs was probably denied and that is why you are seeing it like that. You can ask our Customer Support for a more detailed explanation. They will guide you through the process of creating a new Gig.
