  1. Hey! I suggest trying to pause/delete your gig again through Dashboard>Promoted Gigs>>Pause or Delete Promoted Gig like you would usually do, and if the issue persists my best advice is to reach out to our customer support, I am sure they will help you easily!
  2. As you can see, you are allowed to take the test only 2 times in a 3 month period so if this was your second try you'll have to wait it out. If not just go back and follow the same steps, you should be able to do it again.
  3. You have to contact customer support, explain the situation and if they give you a permission you are good to go!. Don't create multiple accounts before being given a permission so you don't get suspended🙏

  7. I don't see a problem there. Many freelancers use multiple platforms to increase their chances of getting hired. As long as you are not promoting other sites through Fiverr there shouldn't be an issue.
  8. Simply block, report and move on. I know it feels bad dealing with such people but you shouldn't get further involved for your own good. Also your screenshots are edited out because you are not allowed to show private logs with usernames showing on forum so please keep that in mind for the future🙏
  9. Exactly. That is why impressions don't really mean much in terms of your gig success. You can have a decent amount of impressions but 0 clicks/orders.
  10. As you can see on top left corner it says "Denied Gigs" which is why your numbers are not moving. You should've gotten an email from FIverr explaining why this is the case.
  11. If your gig has been denied you are probably violating terms of service in some way. You can contact customer support and in the meantime go over TOS again so this doesn't happen again.
  12. Fiverr rules state that you are not allowed to have multiple accounts, only one. You can buy and sell from the same account with no issues. If you wish to delete your 2017 account and make a new one you can contact customer support and they will do it for you or you can just continue to use it without making a second one, that is completely up to you.
  13. In my opinion you need to write a better description on your gig and also use better images. There are many sources on forum from successful sellers on how to improve your gig. I suggest doing research and optimizing your gig.
  14. Staying online does not help you. Try to optimize your gigs in the best way possible, there are surely areas that could be improved and there are many sources here on forum that can be useful to you.
  15. You should contact customer support and explain the situation in detail, also send them the screenshots you attached. Showing screenshots with usernames shown is not allowed on forum which is why I had to edit them out.
  16. Impressions are usually not a good indicator of your gig success. If you struggle to get clicks you should probably consider modifying your gig, making it look more professional and attractive so that potential buyer clicks on it. If you are unsure on how to do that there is plenty of useful information here on forum and outside of it(Youtube, Quora etc.). I'm sure you will find your way and good luck!
  17. There are lots of good sources here on forum to learn from like stated in a post before me. Most importantly do your research and use what you learned to construct your gig.

  19. I will repeat what my colleague said since this myth doesn't seem like it will come to an end. Staying online 24/7 does not help you. Simple as that. I suggest working on other areas of your gig rather than wasting your time and energy trying to stay online always. Hope this clarifies things.
  20. According to Fiverr's terms of service you are not allowed to share your email or any other information. All work must be done within Fiverr so I suggest you try and keep it that way to avoid any restrictions on your account. Hope this helps!

  22. Hi, The best thing you can do right now is contact customer support with the gig link that has been denied and try to resolve the problem with them.
