  6. Hey, I am really sorry you had an encounter like this. Fiverr doesn't support racism and we stand to enable everyone. Please send a ticket to support@fiverr.com for further assistance. Again really sorry you had to go through this. P.S. I have to edit the screenshot out of your message but please attach it to the ticket you send to our support team.

  8. Hello and welcome! 🌟 Fiverr forum is a place where you can find and do many different things like: Asking a question regarding Fiverr or your gigs, finding valuable information that can help you on your journey and most importantly helping out each other. If you wish to promote your gig you can make a post in "My Fiverr Gig" category or perhaps if you want to ask a question do it in the "Fiverr Questions" category. Hope this short introduction helps you a little and you enjoy your stay!
  9. Hey, do you mean like a portfolio? If yes I don't think there should be problems but make sure all business stays within the Fiverr platform.
  10. Hey @manzpresets So I cannot tell you exactly how the algorithm works but pretty sure that Fiverr rotates the gigs often and If your gig is performing good as you mentioned I wouldn't be too worried, you'll eventually move from the last page.
  11. Hey @nullscripter I suggest you send the ticket to customer support. I am not sure about the process and if they are allowed to provide your information right away but I'm sure they will help. Hope you resolve this quickly!
  12. Hey @vickieito, thanks for reporting! The post has been cleared. And for everyone else that's going to write an answer in the thread, please read terms of service before doing so. Thank you!
  13. Hey @vectyx I know it can be frustrating getting denied like this with no specified reason but you probably broke terms of service in some way when creating your gig which is why Fiverr denied it. I recommend reading them again and reaching out to support to see if they give you the exact reason for your denial. Hope you resolve this quickly!
  14. Hey! Welcome to the forum, happy to have you here. Buyer requests feature unfortunately doesn't exist anymore, but you can check out some articles here on forum to help you optimize your gig and increase your chances of getting an order. Here's the example👈. There's some more pinned posts in "Tips for Sellers" category so be sure to check them out!

    Scam

Most importantly keep all business on platform. If something potentially goes wrong Fiverr won't be able to help you if you break terms of service. Also what comment above me says, if a buyer is acting suspicious and is asking you to break the rules they probably don't mean any good.
  16. Hey! I don't think there should be any issues in promoting gigs on your website as long as information is accurate and you keep business on Fiverr platform
  17. Hi, First of all congratulations on achieving the badge! Fiverr's choice badge can be seen only on selected gigs that are doing very well. As you can see your gig has all 5⭐ which is why your gig was selected for the badge. However if your gig performance drops you will eventually lose the badge so it is temporary.
  18. No, Fiverr promotes your gigs only inside the platform. They don't do email marketing for you
  19. Hey @vectyx! First of all glad to have you both on Fiverr and on the Fiverr forum, wishing you best of luck in your freelancing journey! There are many posts on the forum from professional and highly experienced sellers that give great tips for sellers that are just starting. Here's the example👈 If you search "Tips for Sellers" category there are also more pinned posts that have some very valuable information and if you have any questions feel free to post them in "Fiverr Questions" category. You will get an answer either from mods of from the community! Once again wish you best of luck and enjoy your stay here!☀
  20. Hey! You can search the internet for the most trending niches currently but in my opinion best niche is one that you are the best at and that you love doing. Think about the skills that you have, pick one you are the best and and you enjoy doing and find a niche according to that. Hope this helped you out a little!
  21. Hey! Is your gig new by any chance? If yes, that may be the reason because it can take some time for new gigs to be displayed in search. I would wait a little bit If i was in your place before contacting support, but if your gig is not new and you are sure it's active you should just send the ticket to support. Hope this helped!
  22. The easiest way would be to come to an agreement with the client to cancel the order, but if there are any issues you can always contact support as a last resort
  23. Your gig may have been denied for violating Fiverr's terms of service in some type of way. You should've gotten an email from Fiverr explaining the situation, and If not I suggest contacting customer support.
  24. Hey! Just to answer your question simply, If your gig is giving you any results I don't think you shoudl change it in any major way because why change something that is working? However if you are not getting results over the longer period of time you should probably upgrade the quality of your gig in some way. Big emphasis on "the longer period of time" because you probably won't get orders right away when you publish your gig. Hope this helps!
  25. Hey, I don't think creating multiple gigs should mess with the outreach, matter of fact If your gigs target different niches and they are are high quality it may help you.
