As a new seller how can I get Buyer Briefs?
grayprogrammerz replied to rashed617's topic in Gig Advice
1. "My Bussiness" > "Gigs" 2. Check "Get briefs" 3. (OPTIONAL) Set minimum price of brief that need to be shown -
You are digital marketing expert and still aren't able to rank your own business, then how buyers will expect ? 😅No offense, just kidding. Lets come to point. I see your gigs are well optimized. and only defect I can see that prices are high compared to no. of reviews. I don't mean you sell cheap, I just suggest start cheap, give buyers some moment to play with your services and when you notice you got attention, then that's correct time to fly. Here source of income is only reviews.
-
Must be some other reason. Cheap doesn't mean low quality. First impressive is probably reviews. A genuine buyer always round up whole fiverr and chooses best match (with respect to quality vs quantity vs price etc).
-
As much as possible, such that 90% of your orders being completed in past 60 days should be on time. For me, 90% is almost same as 100%, means you have to complete all orders on time and extend time for orders that are late before delivering it.
-
If any progressbar is in RED, you should worry. Completion rate should be 90% or above. You won't get level, if that remains 88% at 15th of month.

Fiverr denied my gig with 20 reviews on it
grayprogrammerz replied to qckart's question in Starter Questions
Don't be emotional. Just write email or in fiverr support dashboard and their support consisting of human agents will help (mostly they did to me). Between why your gig was down ? in charge of selling reviews ? I mean where you got this info ? by email or notification ? Also attach screenshot of it, so we know what might be wrong. If you think your gig was falsely reported, then there's only fiverr support like court here which can return your gig back. -
Is it important to be online?
grayprogrammerz replied to thomasjakobtune's question in Starter Questions
Suppose you awake at 8:00am and sleep at 10:00pm. Interval is around 10 hours. Within that interval, what should we do ? 1. Keep looking/searching(briefs) for new jobs and clients 2. Sleep whole 10 hours More you move your hands, the more there are chances of getting good jobs. But remember, just watching pc and doing no work is same as sleeping. -

grayprogrammerz replied to kalmatidesign's topic in My Fiverr Experience
Looks fine. Okay so how many relevant buyers contact you in a week ? and how many converted to orders ? Normally, our %60-70 earnings are based on repeat businesses.- 22 replies

What are your impressions and clicks in last 30 days ? Also do you have any drop in performance ? Slow order response rate, low stars, late delivery, canceled order or anything similar ?- 22 replies

Being level one seller, buyer requests were more beneficial as there were varieties of (400+) requests and I can easily sort out which suit me best. Whereas, brief is bit annoying. Every time I found mostly low budget orders or non relevant. And when I set breif price as $50+, then it stopped sending me breifs or briefs of useless scammers (Nigerians, crypto, meta trader, $10,000) etc. For non level sellers, even game was over a long way before. Even buyer request wasn't so helpful for them (due to lack of requests).

Can I Connect my Payoneer account with my own Fiverr Account?
grayprogrammerz replied to kasunkarunasena's question in Starter Questions
You have 2 options paypal or payoneer. You can attach any of them at fiverr. And after within paypal or payoneer, attach your bank account (just specify bank no.). From fiverr to payoneer, it transfer directly. But from payoneer to bank, it takes 5 days to transfer money. -
Nice achievements. Specially a lesson to never give up.

Did you done unban request in fiverr support ? They will and should unban, because you are new to platform and not well aware of regulations. Being in respect, write to fiverr support email and request unban. Most of time, I seen them as polite and ready to help. But remember, do not pass negative comments in request (else request can be ignored).

Not sure why you really need to improve a 2k reviews gig ? Offcourse that's already a great gig. Still have few suggestions for you. May be you can replace some extra details with needed details. But note down every brain thinks differently. Unnecessary. Profile at bottom already tells that. Extra. Your gig already has ton of delivery with images. Why choose my gig? (ALREADY LISTED in reviews) 1800+ happy customers (Something that buyer should say instead) High quality, creative and original design (ALREADY LISTED in packages) Unlimited revisions (ALREADY LISTED in profile at bottom) Working on Fiverr since 2013 (Something that buyer should say instead) Fast & friendly customer service (Something that buyer should say instead) Excellent english communication skills. You will get: (GOOD) Logo in PNG (transparent background), JPEG 2000x2000 pix, 300 DPI, print ready (GOOD) (GOOD) Editable EPS Ai PSD PDF etc. (see packages) (GOOD) Full Copyright (GOOD) On-time delivery (GOOD) 1 or 2 logo concepts to choose from (see packages) (GOOD) I can do different styles (let me know how you want yours): Retro, Vintage, Stamp, Badge, Heraldic, Minimal, Classic, Luxury, Seal, Signature, Shield, Feminine, Crest etc. EXTRA

Dear madam, please don't call me sir, my dear
grayprogrammerz replied to smashradio's topic in Tips from Sellers
In darkweb (like telegram and cracked forums etc) many folks may call you boss. And most of time when you show stubborn appearance and insist a lot. 😂 I also noticed addresses are not region or gender specific. It depend on department. Anyway, I don't care what they call me or what should I call them. Important is context.- 82 replies

How can I get to the top of the Fiverr gigs list?
grayprogrammerz replied to monir3480's topic in New Member Introductions
In fiverr, there's SEO close to nothing or just 5%. Main thing is: - inbox response time and on time delivery - stars and also no. of rated orders - repeated buyers - ... and a lot other More you have good ranks, the more fiverr loves you and will make you on top of list.- 3 replies

How do you guys deal with buyers who don't leave a review ?
grayprogrammerz replied to drenthedesigner's question in Starter Questions
Its against fiverr TOS to ask client for review. If client reports, you may get a warning. Instead ask client about how were they feeling ? Whether they satisfied or need changes ? If they all good, only then suggest that they also have an option to write an review. But if you straightly say "Oh give me 5/5 ratings etc", it may tease them and they may report (mostly doesn't). -
Longevity of Logo/Graphic Design on Fiverr???
grayprogrammerz replied to drn_design's topic in Graphics & Design
Yeah new on fiverr but old on web. We been using such things like on Canva, Figma, Adobe XD etc. Community have bulks of their templates. Fiverr logo creator is same like that, just they give flexibility to buyer to do some changes, like change font color, size, image etc and buy its license. -
Longevity of Logo/Graphic Design on Fiverr???
grayprogrammerz replied to drn_design's topic in Graphics & Design
AI and Templates can't provide you something a freelancer can: - support - revision AI is not newly invented on fiverr. Even from a long ago, there been same system on different websites. But again most buyers need humanic work if that custom one specially.
