Someone on the forum said: that sounds like a kill-your-competition open season invitation. That is a very bad feature.

lol, that is NOT accurate at all!!!! My gigs went down even if I didn't receive a single bad review. I had the best reviews but suddenly my gigs died. And had like 2 cancelations in 120 days, that is not much. .....so that what you say is not accurate.

Support's answer was something like: if the gig is not performing well it will not be available for promotion or also they don't guarantee that it will show up in the search results. That is not accurate at all because I had a gig with daily orders. And yes that gig right now is not showing up in the search results at all! (don't worry I didn't receive any bad reviews or broke any policies...) So I don't know what to do! This goes for 2 months now! I am here since 2013 and I am very sad to see how things work here these days. Let's just hope that things will change soon.

Having the same issue. Support said "it's nothing they can do" - using my words for the answer. They just said it's nothing they can do, even if my gigs are not showing up at all. This is not professional. After so many years here this is very frustrating.

same here. but the strange think is my gigs are not even showing up when searching, even if i use the whole text in the title. The strange thing is that support said there is nothing they can do. Immagine that after 5+ years on this site, you recive such answer.

Is your gig being promoted in any way with that? or being placed in front? or getting new customers in any way?

I am an old seller myself. But in the last 2 months, everything went down drastically! No message, no new orders from new buyers, and everything are LOW! I have 4500+ reviews. I changed my gig's images, description, etc. Still nothing!
