    Only buyers who have never messaged you before can increase your response rate. There is nothing wrong with messaging old buyers if you do it right. Certainly update your gigs though. Research thoroughly your categories and sub categories before you update your gigs.

    Make sure you are doing the right things. Don't use auto refresher, use your real profile picture, don't copy other sellers' images, gig descriptions or bio. Write stunning gig descriptions and use images that meet Fiverr's standards. Share your gigs on all social media, especially in places where your services are needed by potential clients. Lastly, hope for the best.

    Contact support. I have had similar experience in the past when a client did a chargeback and Fiverr paid me back the exact amount I'd have made. $500 is huge.
