  1. Learning to search through the forum is the best way to learn how to improve your gig, stats, orders, etc on Fiverr.
Since the same questions are posted every single day and hundreds of people have spent hundreds of hours answering them.

  2. You can email them directly at support@fiverr.com rather than using the ticket system but I'm not sure i that will be better. On a ticket marked solved, you should be able to just reply to it which will reopen it if I remember right instead of opening a new ticket. Sorry you're going through that!

  3. Seller plus won't get you more sales.

If people are clicking on your gig but not buying it, then that means that your pricing, gig description, portfolio etc must be off putting, because they start out being interested, but then something they see makes them feel that you are not the right choice for them.

You should improve your portfolio, gig description, and pricing by conducting competitor research to see what your successful competitors are doing better than you in order tweak your own offering to be more attractive.

  4. Fiverr continuously cycles gigs to be in different pages on the search results. Sometimes at the front, sometimes at the back. This is to give everyone an equal opportunity to do well on fiverr. When you're on the front you will have more impressions. Nearer to the back of the search results will mean less impressions.

  6. Improving your gig - a more attractive gig video/description/SEO title/pricing to get more clicks and orders, making sure to go above and beyond in great customer support and providing a great service, to start getting great reviews. The only way to combat bad reviews are with great reviews.

  7. Where does it say that you can't get buyer requests as a star seller? I've never heard of this before.

However, I didn't get a single order through buyer requests, and I've been here for nearly 4 years now with almost 5,000 orders. You do not need buyer requests to be successful as long as your SEO is optimised, you have a good gig video, good portfolio, good gig description, and good pricing. You can then get orders, get good reviews, and increase your rating back up to 5 stars 🙂

I know how frustrating it is to get a 4 star review when the buyer is perfectly happy - I even got a 3 star review once that left a comment saying I was fantastic! Some buyers don't understand that the default should be to give 5 stars, and remove stars if there were problems with the order... But it will be ok! You can bounce back from it. Getting your first order is already a big step. Don't be discouraged!

  8. You need to search in the fiverr search bar for your gig, then do competitor analysis against what successful sellers in your niche are doing. Off the bat, your gig images do not show anything about your service. You should start with an engaging gig video that shows what your service is about and why clients should trust you. Your gig images are also strange - just attaching pictures of jewellery doesn't show me anything. You need to use before and after images of work you have done. You are meant to be showcasing your work.

  9. It's against fivver's terms and services to create multiple accounts. If you do that, you could get banned.

With 0 impressions, it is likely that the gig is either still under review or had a problem meaning that it cannot be shown in the search results. It can take a couple weeks for a new gig to start showing up correctly. If that length of time has already passed, I would recommend contacting customer support: support@fiverr.com

  10. Your gig video thumbnail and title are in conflict. The thumbnail shows "I offer hosting" but your title is about website design - these are related but not the same service so immediately I would be more likely to click on someone's gig who's video thumbnail is more specifically what I'm looking for (even though the video explains the link in other slides, the initial thumbnail should be chosen with careful intent). The video is just a slideshow of words with no sound, music, voice over... Really not the best honestly. You want to convince people to give you their money. To grab their attention and make them believe you are the best logical choice for their needs. This video doesn't do any of those things. Nothing in the video gives you or your service credibility. There aren't even any examples of your work in the video, it really just isn't helpful for a buyer.

Your next image just shows FIVERR in a huge yellow box... Again, what does this do to sell your service? If a perosn is considering your gig, they are already on fiverr. Why are you wasting space with that? Additionally, it's an ugly picture... If your gig images are ugly, people will likely think your websites will be ugly too. Everything on your gig, the way it's designed, the way your description is written etc, are all a reflection on your own ability and talent for the service you are offering. If your gigs are ugly and poorly written, why would buyers trust your website designing skills to be any better? It's unprofessional. Adding things like "blah blah blah" in your description doesn't really come off as professional and trustworthy, although I understand it was meant to be relatable/tongue in cheek, it could be alienating for some people, especially without a really heavy hitting portfolio to add credibility:

Your 3 portfolio images should be mind blowing examples of wesbite design. This is a competitive field. If I can buy a one page SEO optimised web design from someone on here with many 5 star reviews for $35, why would I buy the service from you, with 2 very mediocre portfolio design examples, for $50?

That's not to say your pricing is bad, it's to say that you need to be able to show the value you can bring to justify that price, to make it worth it for people to take a chance on you.

All of that sounds incredibly critical but my intention isn't to be harsh or cruel, rather, my goal is to point out and explain these issues so that you can polish up your gig and create something great.

  12. I agree that looks very weird. The order will auto-complete in 3 days without a revision request, so you can tell buyer A that they can either wait the three days for the order to complete, or place a new order themselves if they are no longer communicating with B. Ultimately, the contract is between you and B, A has absolutely no rights to the work you completed since they didn't pay for it or place the order for it.

  13. Yes, of course.

Editing your gig temporarily removed it from the search while it is approved and checked by fiverr. Anecdotally, my sales/impressions seem to drop for a few days after I make changes to my gig.

After that, you will likely get either more or less clicks depending on whether people like the new image more or less, which can result in more or less orders overall.

  14. Whenever you edit your gig this makes your rank drop for 5-10 days in my experience, so editing when you fall behind usually just makes it last longer. If you've always been on the first two pages you're lucky, because that's not normal. I've been here for 4 years and am sometimes on the front page, sometimes on the last page. I have managed to mitigate this a bit by having multiple gigs so when some are lower down, others can still be closer to the front. You could consider adding some more gigs

  15. When you say deranked, were you top rated before and now you're level 2? Did you edit your gig?

Or is it just no longer showing for you in the search results/impressions going down?

Edit - your gig is definitely in the search results (since I found it). It's just your turn to be near the back. This rotates every few weeks and you said in your original post you know that this happens, so I'm not sure why you're worrying about it. It's normal for everyone to have weeks like this where you don't get clicks or new messages or orders

  16. I don't think I describe my voice anywhere, as someone with like 5000 orders completed in the VO world.

I describe my gender, accent, and spoken languages (I'm bilingual Eng/FR), and otherwise I just let my demo speak for itself.
