  1. I'm curious about commercial rights in animation and motion graphics. As an animator and motion graphics designer, do you charge your customers for commercial rights? If so, could you kindly tell me where and how we can request commercial rights? Thank you in advance your your time
  2. There can be several reasons why the impressions of a gig on Fiverr may decrease: Lack of Recent Activity: If you haven't been active on Fiverr or haven't updated your gig in a while, it may lead to a decrease in impressions. Fiverr's algorithm tends to favor active and updated gigs. Competitors: If there are many competitors offering similar services, it may result in a decrease in impressions. It's essential to keep track of your competitors and improve your gig to stand out. Changes to Fiverr's Algorithm: Fiverr is constantly updating its algorithm, and changes can affect your gig's visibility. Keep an eye on updates and make necessary changes to your gig. Negative Reviews: Negative reviews can lead to a decrease in impressions. It's crucial to provide quality service and communicate effectively with buyers to avoid negative reviews. Poor Marketing: If you're not promoting your gig outside of Fiverr or using social media to reach potential buyers, it may result in a decrease in impressions. It's crucial to promote your gig and reach out to potential buyers. The "golden period" is discussed lastly. It is an unspoken rule and my personal opinion based on my 5 years of experience with Fiverr: Fiverr offers you a golden time as a new vendor to move on and show yourself for the first few months. This decrease in impressions is most likely due to the fact that your prime time has passed and you must now stand on your own two feet.
  3. I'm overjoyed to see the "Fiverr Vertical" forum and to learn that my field is a Fiverr Vertical! Majid here; I work on both 2D and 3D motion graphics and animation. I came across your message while browsing the site and was quite happy to see it: "The Team: Identify yourself! What do you do, who are you, and what do you want this forum to be like?" built in January. I went through some posts. After Jackie's they were fantastic from @enunciator @thedoreo @visualstudios and especially @frank_d. I was quite thrilled to read their postings and I was ready to pick up some new information from them... but quickly realized that it had been duped by posts from irrelevant fields. Thank you for making me laugh so much back then, but I mean, don't you think these irrelevant comments should be removed to keep the discourse on the course? Let’s just clean it up and continue this thread 🙂
  4. Is it just me or these types of topics bothering others as well? 😑
  5. Well, As far as I know, there is no application/software for learning animation. I mean, Duolingo teaches you languages and you can install it on your smartphone, and some apps coach you to work out in the gym... but there is nothing to "teach" you animation. (Perhaps making one would be a nice idea for some app developers!?) But for picking the right software, I would propose to pick a set of software that has the most coordination with each other and work together well. I use Adobe suite for 2D and everyone knows the most adapted 3D software to Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrations is Cinema 4D which I use as well. I would suggest starting with designing courses first. You should know how to draw first, which I regret I didn't take much time when I started 6 years ago. Then you are supposed to know and practice animating software and as others mentioned above, 12 principles of animation are essential to practice.
  6. According to my experience, proving that you are a "Pro" is a requirement for success, whether it be on Fiverr or elsewhere. Whatever your field, you must demonstrate your professionalism. "How to showcase as a pro?" is something you can google, but referring to the price subject... I mean, seriously, what pro works for 5$ ?!! No Fear... Put a high price that you believe your work worth.
  7. What are "Bumping" and "Cross-posting" terms referring to? (Sorry I'm not native English)
  8. Godspeed with this topic. It might possibly be simpler to simply visit YouTube! There are a ton of FREE videos available that provide you with a ton of instructions and information on the benefits and drawbacks of various freelancing sites. And in the case of Fiverr, they will warn you to be wary of super low rates or show you how to determine whether anything is genuine. Consequently, you wouldn't even need to pay that amount for an experiment if you watched a five-minute YouTube tutorial video for instructions!
  9. What recommendations would you provide in more detail? Do you believe Fiverr should hire more employees to work in customer support?
  10. Perhaps fiverr should delete one of them 🙂 But unfortunately he is still in the last page as himself reports
  11. You must demonstrate your expertise in your field. Show you are a pro! A professional gig and a professional profile. Work samples should appear polished. Professional pricing are also available (forget about cheap profiles from Pakistan and India). What professional works for $5?!! A video is always handy! Have a video on your gig and describe your work, regardless of whether it involves the creation of videos or not! Even if you do programming, Have a Video Deliver on schedule. Add extra. Be tolerant and patient.
  12. Right! I didn't know this feature was there before! Thanks for letting me know about it
  13. 🤔 In that case I think we can complain to fiverr... Can't we?
  14. Sometimes buyers simply post a review comment in a circumstance that may not be appropriate. Sometimes they simply make a mistake in judgment or write something that they subsequently regret. Some first-time buyers have never used the platform before. They hurriedly leave a comment before realizing they could request revisions. What about Fiverr, which allows buyers to change their reviews? What are the advantages, drawbacks, and limits? Please express your thoughts. Thanks
  15. Yes! contact Support, They will fix it for you. Additionally, when you contacted CS and they fixed it for you, go double-check to make sure your statistics are accurate. There were a few times when CS assured me that it would not affect my ranks, yet it did! I don't know, they might be busy at times, but I started to have doubts about the algorithm, which is above the powers of even CS!
  16. The funny thing is that I login in to the community site separately from the Fiverr platform as well! It appears to be a completely other website! If they used some logic, they probably wouldn't fall for these YouTubers' tricks.
  17. One person cannot create two accounts, not even for distinct niches. That violates Fiverr's TOS! I've seen a lot of people, surprisingly replied; "Why Even open 2 different accounts?!" And I have the same question too! Due to the fact that... One account on Fiverr should be more than enough!! if you are skilled and a professional in your field and are good at what you do. You may showcase your skills and advance on Fiverr! You won't ever have time to pick your nose if you keep learning throughout your career!
  18. Is it against ToS?! I didn't know that! Thanks for letting me know
  19. Scamming the scam report point to the topic of scam! :)))) [What I just said? my English is getting weaker day by day :))) ] But anyway, why someone should do that??? What is the incentive?
  20. Right, that is your only choice right now. They are abundant, which is a concern, at least in my field (Animation and motion graphics) The second issue is that, if I want to report each one individually, I'll have to do so while also giving Fiverr my reference. For instance, if I want to report a dishonest seller, I need to look up the source from which they are duplicating. That also requires time. And because there are so many of them, I need assistance from the wider community members to continue. The last issue is that despite my repeated complaints, Fiverr took no action in some cases. Perhaps they require more reports! Finally, I am unable to just ignore them. As I can see, these scammers have orders waiting while professional sellers don't! One instance was when I noticed a dishonest seller who had 13 orders in queue!!! which, after I complained, they deleted his entire account. But from the time I reported him, it took 2 weeks, and who knows what more he did in that time.
  21. Thanks, So far, the following fields have the most scams: -Motion Graphics and Animation -Logo Design -Writing & Proofwriting -Translation
  22. Alright, maybe it's the language barrier. I didn't personally inspect every place. I employed friends. My computer's browser is different from the cookies, data, and browsing history of my friends. Additionally, the gadget kind wasn't the same. I literally asked friends to look up my keywords and see if I was on the same page as them. And the outcomes were about the same. (a few gigs back and forward and the farthest was one page difference.)
  23. Right. They are undoubtedly working on it. The vast majority of frauds that are displayed in search results are the main topic of this thread. In addition, I wanted to know if this issue only affects my field of animation or if it affects other fields as well.
