For this, I would recommend reaching out to Customer Support to get help in this situation.

@KeshaSo are you saying that after more than a month I can message my buyer letting her know she can contact CS to get her rating corrected and I won't get a warning???

This was her message just seconds after rating me, and my reply telling her not to do anything because I could get a warning. This is how I knew I got hit with the "value for money", even before I had time to read the review.

I have tried to cancel the order multiple times. , but the seller decided not to cancel the order multiple times.

and report it to Fiverr Support.  but still no response for 2 days.

Under no circumstances accept the delivery. If the seller is not willing to cancel, request revisions, and keep doing so until you hear from Customer Support.

What I find particularly frustrating is a lot of my revision requests are due to buyers not really knowing what they want until they get the first delivery. I do all I can to ask for specific details, but sometimes revisions are just part of the process.

You haven't yet been introduced to the best that feature has for you: buyers pressing the lovely revision button just to ask a question instead of using the order chat. 😊

You'll fall in love the day it happens and will praise Fiverr with all your soul, especially now that revisions count against us! 🥰

How is going from allowing 10 active gigs to 0 more active gigs when you advance from level 1 to level 2 "better connect[ing] the level system to Fiverr benefits" than increasing the amount of allowed active gigs by 10 when you get to that level (as the old level system did).

Fiverr still hasn't said why they reduced that benefit for level 2 (or why they reduced the number of allowed gigs for unlevelled sellers but not for TRS) and why there's now a big jump from 10 to 30 when someone goes to TRS.  They avoided that question in the other thread.

Maybe they don't want level 2 sellers to have many gigs now but they do for TRS so give them a much higher increase (which isn't totally fair really for all levels if there aren't more continuous benefits when reaching different levels).

To be honest, that's only only thing I agree with Fiverr on—and I would've been even more drastic. I would've limited the gigs to 5. Yes, FIVE and only FIVE!!!

90% of the gigs sellers have are duplicate gigs.

But one change with the new stats system is the removal of the "late deliveries" and "completion rate" from the dashboard and analytics pages. Maybe they're not as important to Fiverr as before (eg. Fiverr might not think they should affect the rank as much as they did previously - though it will be built into the score now instead probably).

Tell that to all those who saw their scores drop due to cancellations/late deliveries (old and new). If they weren't as important as before, Fiverr wouldn't be showing them as a negative/strong negative impact.

I'm guessing this is because our scores are calculated relative to everyone else our categories, so as other people get reviews and move up and down, your position relative to them changes.

Yes, Fiverr is comparing low-volume, high-quality serious sellers, to cheaters, scammers, and $1-a-dozen sellers. Fantastic, isn't it?

Doing so, Fiverr just came up with a new law: apples can be compared to oranges... 🙄

Math students will be delighted to know that, from now on, they can perfectly add 'x' and 'y' terms and reach the correct solution...

What I'm struggling to understand is why the buyer isn't presented with stars 1-5 to provide a rating. In my mind, the most accurate and foolproof way to calculate a 'starred' rating system is to provide the buyer with stars to rate with... doesn't make sense to me.

Because it's easier—and makes Fiverr look totally innocent—to trick most of the buyers and get them not to rate their sellers with 5* (if that's what the buyers really want to rate) instead of telling them "Don't rate your sellers 5*!"

Not impossible, but due to the confusing nature of the review system, this will be the new norm

When you can't raise the quality standard of 90% of your sellers, and you're not willing to get rid of cheaters and scammers, you come up with the brilliant idea of replacing stars with emojis, without letting buyers know those still represent the 1-5 star scale, so to bring everyone down to the lowest possible level.

Huh? Not only did I tell Vickie that I hoped she wouldn't have to go through the headaches a lot of us are facing, I said at the end of my rant that I apologize for sounding angry and explained why I'm so stressed.

Forums are a place for opinion and conversation. It doesn't matter what someone's social status is. We are all allowed to disagree with one another. I don't have to agree with Vickie in fear of who they are lol. I've seen much worse said on here in the past two days.

Well, mister, I hope you never have to experience what @vickieito had to go through. That's all I will say.

Hi Everyone, I think @Kesha is addressing some of these questions in the main Fiverr update thread. It may be good to check the thread below or jump in on the conversation there

Note: I wish I could say something more reassuring to those who have been flagged. know how frustrating it can be to be left in the dark with no answers and your account and livelihood at risk. 😟

    Expand

That's easy for you to say so calmly because your livelihood and everything you've worked for isn't on the line

You should watch your mouth! You don't know who you're talking to. 🤨

Yes, requesting to extend the delivery date can impact your score. I would recommend that when setting your original deadline, you do the best you can to account for potential delays including revisions and unexpected obstacles.

I'm in the writing and translation category. I have no fortune-telling gigs and clairvoyance has never been my forte, but I guess I could give it a shot. After all, it's never too late when it comes to learning something new... 🤷‍♀️
