  1. Hey crew. While not 100%, it seems like we’re much more stable than we have been. We haven’t gotten the green light from Amazon, but services are becoming more stable. Thanks for your patience and remember that if you missed a deadline or have issues with an order, please contact support!
  2. Please contact support and they can help!
  3. FYI - Most of the internet relies on AWS and “third party services”. Amazon S3 is used by around 148,213 websites, and 121,761 unique domains. VentureBeat – 28 Feb 17 AWS is investigating S3 issues, affecting Quora, Slack, Trello (updated)Cloud infrastructure provider Amazon Web Services (AWS) today confirmed that it's looking into issues with its widely used S3 storage service in the major us-east-1 region of data centers in Northern Virginia. Other services are affected as well. @esodot - I’d love contextual product updates! Maybe sometime in the future. @rainny_writer - Yes, I will update here too. Facebook and Twitter will be the quickest most real time updates.
  4. I’m always here. OK, that’s not true. I was gone for a week on vacation. 😄 No word yet on the timing. We’ll let everyone know ASAP. As for orders @misscrystal & @cybercube - if you miss due to the outage, please contact support and they can work with you.
  5. Unfortunately, Fiver.com is also being affected by the current Amazon AWS outage. Hoping we can be online soon! Please follow our social channels for updates.
  6. UPDATE - Should be back to action. Thanks for your patience!
  7. UPDATE - We are aware of the messaging issues and are working to resolve ASAP!
  8. I’m going to take down the explanation. We can all agree that it is bad and trust that it was horrific with out details. I truly apologize that you experienced this from a seller on the marketplace. Those experiences are never what we want and will continue to ensure that marketplace transactions are safe for everyone. Customer Support will take action on the ticket and if there is anything that we can do here on the forum, please let us know.
  9. Just one final point. “on trend” is passe. You have to say “on fleek” now. Fiverr is still your sad uncle getting jiggy on the dancefloor and being a mortal embarrassment when trying to be down with the kids:
  10. Submissions from “doers” are always welcome. Send over the info to community@fiverr.com.
  11. We are aware of those being missing and they are on their way back.
  12. Hi all, I am thrilled to introduce you to our brand new, Fiverr Blog: The Do List! Details you say? Here are just a few of the highlights of The Do List at launch: • Intuitive Interface: We, as marketers, believe that a great blog should be so easy to use that we no longer need any development resources to edit, optimize and make changes. • Mobile Optimized and Developed for Speed: An entirely new architecture for mobile devices, with automatically adjusting pages and content to create an extraordinary user experience. • Live Social Counter: Displaying all of the social network activity in a beautiful way! • Style: This thing is on trend. Take a look, tell us what you love, what you want more of, and promote it in your networks as you see fit! Check it out! We’d love to know what you think of the new style as well as what you’d like to see (content wise) on the blog. Welcome to The Do List!

  17. Fiverr is a marketplace and community that’s open to everyone and anyone. To keep it safe and pleasant, we wanted to provide a reminder of certain provisions of our Terms of Service. Communication on Fiverr should be friendly, constructive, and professional. Fiverr condemns bullying, harassment, and hate speech towards others. Violation of our Terms of Service around these issues can result in having your account put on hold or even permanently disabled. Writing abusively within our messaging system or fulfilling an order which contains abusive language or hate speech is also considered a violation of our Terms of Service. If you encounter speech that you don’t feel comfortable with or that you think violates the Terms of Service in Gig orders you receive, please flag them for Customer Support. Thank you, Fiverr Team
  18. I’m playing the forum admin card on this one since it’s an official Fiverr campaign and video. 🙂

  20. Blog post from Fiverr CEO, Micha Kaufman: In the nearly seven years since Fiverr was launched, we’ve built something special: A community of millions spread across 190 different countries, posting over 10 million Gigs, and buying over 30 million services. We’ve taken great pride in helping talented people find an outlet for their skills and create personal brands. We’ve helped entrepreneurs build small businesses from nothing, democratizing services that never would have previously been available to so many. And we’ve given countless freelancers the opportunity to pursue their real passions and create a life they want rather than the one their demographic, geographic, or social standing would traditionally dictate. If you think I sound like a proud parent, you’re right. In fact, I’d often find myself half-jokingly looking up what to expect from a 4, 5, and 6-year-old each of the last few years. So, what should we expect from a 7-year-old? According to our friends at BabyCenter, “Sevens are delightful to be around. They’ve shed a bit more of the neediness and uncertainty of younger years, and bring enthusiasm and curiosity to everything they do. Sevens tend to ask lots of questions, because they’re keen observers with a big need to know about everything.” After 10 million Gigs and 30 million transactions, I’d say we’ve shed much of our uncertainty, but our enthusiasm has only grown. We’ve asked a lot of questions, and we know quite a bit about the world the Fiverr community lives in. It’s a world where all of us are asked to do more with less, working longer hours with more competition for the same opportunity. It’s one that asks each of us to do whatever it takes, because that’s exactly what our businesses need to succeed. We call it the age of the lean entrepreneur. We’re the ones who get it done. It’s that emotion and identity that’s given us the inspiration behind “In Doers We Trust.” Not only is it a true embodiment of the Fiverr ethos, community, and brand, it’s at the core of what makes so many beyond just our community tick, and I’m excited to share it with all of you. Doer. It’s a label that few of us have ever given ourselves, but it expresses so much about what we stand for. It’s a role we should claim proudly, and that includes celebrating the ideals of lean entrepreneurship in both real and digital communities beyond our own. From social hubs like YouTube and Facebook to mass transit commutes in some of the U.S.’s biggest cities, we will salute the attitude and impact doers, freelancers, creators and makers have on the world. Anyone engaging with Fiverr will feel a renewed focus and connection to these ideals, starting here. Have a look. Poke around. Stand up and be counted. Throw feedback our way. We’ll be listening. We know success is earned not through talk, but through action, so we created a community of people specializing in getting things done. We believe everyone has a right to succeed, so our marketplace is open and accessible to anyone. We believe in trust and quality, so we built a safe and intuitive product for the passionate people and businesses who strive to be the very best. We know that doers are at their best when they’re doing, so Fiverr’s experience allows creativity and productivity to grow for freelancers and entrepreneurs, both on the marketplace and in the cities you call home. My commitment to all of you is to continue building a marketplace that will enable lean entrepreneurship so that all of you, and anyone else who is willing to pour sweat and tears into their work, can thrive in this new economy. But it’s a two-way street. As a community, don’t ever stop pushing, growing, and evolving. Keep hustling and keep grinding each day to make it more productive than the last. Simply put: Wake up every day to get shit done. We’ll help you do it. What do you want to DO this year? Tell us in the comments below! https://www.fiverr.com/in-doers-we-trust
