  1. I think we would all love to see your documentation of this, provided it consists of something more substantial than, "I don't like where I rank, and want more sales."
  2. Not sure what you sentence fragment means.
  3. That may be, but I feel that it is their business. I just get tired of every single reply to some posts being "Praise the Totem."
  4. If you are asking if you can go back and cancel orders actually did deserve a bad review simply to sanitize your reviews, I would suggest that that is fraudulent. If people can go back and just erase the bad reviews, what's the point of having reviews at all?
  5. OK, I am gonna go there. On Fiverr, you are supposed to be running a professional business. As such, we tend to keep politics out of our communications, both in gig descriptions and on the forum. I suggest that we do the same with religion. I would never purchase a gig that says "I will edit your video through the grace of Jesus" or Allah, or Vishnu, or Yahweh, or Jehova, or any of the other hundreds of possible deities. Not that I have anything against religion, I actually find comfort in mine. I just find it unprofessional in business communications. From the huge amount of sellers who complain about not having sales, while constantly evoking God in each post, I would suggest that God does not ring the register. He may be a bit more concerned with pandemics, war, world hunger, the suffering of children and such, as opposed to getting you a buyer for your logo design gig. Improve your gigs, do worship God, but realize that God is not going to send you buyers on Fiverr. If that were true, everyone would simply give the big guy a shout out on the forum and magically the TRS badge would appear. Flames in 3...2....1 Pray for me.
  6. Agree, plus you get that world class support from Adobe if you need it. If you use Reaper and something goes wrong, you are screwed.
  7. I'm sorry you are not getting orders, but thank you for proving that the "stay online always" advice is false, and should not be repeated. Good luck.
  8. Completely wrong. Reviews are there to guide buyers as to what to expect. When you order fuzzy slippers from Amazon, do you read the reviews? The fact is that the best way to get a good seller is to look for people with great reviews. Otherwise you are gambling. I'm not saying that a Level 1 seller won't be good, but I'm saying you have a much greater chance of getting a good product from a TRS. That is kinda the whole point.
  9. Thanks for the thoughtful post. Although I wanted to add from my point of view, whenever I have negotiated a lower rate, I have generally lived to regret it. I find that dealing with buyers who have no worries about the cost are going to be easier to work with, open to paying for revisions and extras and more focused on the project quality. If they are starting a project with concerns about the costs, I readily advise "There are lots of good sellers here who are more affordable." They usually say, ok, thanks, and about 25% of the time, accept that they have to pay full freight, and do so. At the end of the day, I usually respond to people who a bit more adament with the question, "Why would you ask me to do your job for less than my usual wage." So far no one has ever been able to give a solid answer. I may have passed on a few $, but I am sure I have avoided some real hell also.
  10. No. Hundreds of experienced sellers as well as Fiverr admins have said that. Absolutely does not lead to more sales. People want quality, not just the first guy they can find online.
  11. You are absolutely wrong. Even fiverr admin @mjensen415 has commented on this. Anyway, it is ok if you want to waste your time, but please don't give false advice to others. That's a really crappy thing to do to.
  12. You know this is false. Is there a reason to post it, knowing it is wrong?
  13. I'm curious. Your gigs are written in proper English, yet here you say things like "please suggestions me". Did you have someone rewrite your gig descriptions? Not a problem to do so, but if your English level with your buyers is a bad as it is in the above line, I suggest that may be a reason you are not getting the desired results.
  14. I don't think you quite know what the word hypothetical means. Personal experience is exactly that, experential. A hypothetical is an event or idea which has not occured, but is merely a theory. So, your first line contradicts itself, as a personal experience, cannot by definition, be hypothetical.
  15. What is your basis for this? You say it as a fact.
  16. Asking you to stop spreading false advice is harassing people? Funny.
  17. It seems you are becoming lethargic from being "online always". Maybe some sleep will help you concentrate on the thread's content.
  18. I am simply asking why you are spreading false information. Why do you do that?
  19. You told him false, useless information because he wanted 15 day success? Thanks for clarifying. Hey @frank_d can we get a badge for effective use of sarcasm?
  20. I was gonna tell him, but I only have the 16 day solution.
  21. #2 is false. Please don't spread false information on the forum. It will not get you orders, and makes you appear uninformed as to how Fiverr actually works.
  22. Fiverr actually suggests editing your gig as much as needed to continue to improve the gig description and hone in on keywords that are effective. Don't believe the naysayers. I edit mine every time I feel it needs a tweak. If you submit a new video, it may take a day to get approved, but otherwise, don't hesitate to improve your gigs because of silly, unfounded fears.
