  13. I changed tags, descriptions more specific, category, changed images but nothing happens.
  14. Hey, I wonder what exactly happens when I block a user/buyer. Does the buyer still see my content any longer and just isn't able to contact me or will the buyer be blocked from seeing all my published gigs? Would be great to know what exactly happens. Thanks in advance!
  15. As people mentioned you can still block by using the smartphone app. Go into the full profile of a user and "Block User" there.
  16. You can still block buyers using the smartphone app. Just click on a username and "See Full Profile". There you will find the option to "Block User".
  17. Then it's probably because of poor gig galleries. Optimize both gig descriptions and galleries then.
  18. At first, you read Fiverr's guidelines about client communication procedures. There are some rules that can and cannot be used in the inbox. I think you should follow those rules.
