I had a bad experience with a buyer, she accepted my cancellation, but I fear she might order my gig again in the future and I don't want that. 

In the past, I would click on the name and just block them. This time it's not working.

Anyone else knows what's going on? 

Can you click on a customer's name, and see if you get the blocking option? 

I hope this is a temporary glitch.

In your inbox, open the message you received, hover over the 3 dots in the top right of the message box and click the "report" button, select a reason, then select "block user"
