Did we lose the ability to block buyers?

I had a bad experience with a buyer, she accepted my cancellation, but I fear she might order my gig again in the future and I don't want that. 

In the past, I would click on the name and just block them. This time it's not working.

Anyone else knows what's going on? 

Can you click on a customer's name, and see if you get the blocking option? 

I hope this is a temporary glitch.

As far as I know it's no longer available. I've read on the forum that you can block from the Fiverr app.

Yep, you can block from the app. Or at least you could last time I blocked someone about a week ago.

In your inbox, open the message you received, hover over the 3 dots in the top right of the message box and click the "report" button, select a reason, then select "block user"

As people mentioned you can still block by using the smartphone app. Go into the full profile of a user and "Block User" there.
