Someone stole my Gig's graphic!

Help, I was just browsing through Fiverr… and suddenly I saw a Fiverr gig thumbnails that was mine, so I click in and realize it was the exact same copy as mine!



My graphic text was “Tenzho’s ebook cover Express Design”, then he/she just edit it out with her own name.



Even the description of the gig was the exact same thing!



What should I do?



Is this allowed??

Also maybe put a watermark on the picture if possible. That way no one else can steal it.

And unfortunately, there are a lot of stealers on this site. A lot of people stealing descriptions and even copying gigs. It is sad!

You could also go to your lawyer and send him a nice little letter that costs him about 500$. He will never steal again.
