Why buyers don't look on title and description before they order?

I have gig about making realistic design of logo in which I provide realistic look to EXISTING logo. And i have written clearly in my description and title. but still buyer just order gig about designing logo. and i have to cancel them. It increases my cancellation rate. I am not sure, but does new buyer concentrate about cancellation rate while ordering gig? And though I have clearly described in gig why people order gig about new logo design?
