Nudge? Urgent Help Needed

Please what does a nudge buyer mean? I recently nudged a buyer and our correspondences disappeared. Is there a problem?

You usually send a " Nudge Message" if the buyer did not give you the required information. Your message might have been temporarily pulled for review which lately happens quite often. Or it can be a bug.

Or try to get back to the correspondance by trying it not over the inbox icon, but click your dashboard, go to the order you have open with the buyer, and you might get the inbox-box lol under that then.
