MY account disable reason fake rating

My old account disable fiverr cs told me i have put fake ratings. i didn’t put any fake ratings. i got 60 order from USA buyer they get it as a fake rating. how many maximum orders can get from one buyers? i don’t know why they disable they told same location i am from srilanka buyer from USA. Any one can advice me please
