Messaging Disabled :(

when i open my fiverr account a i saw a notification on the top that messaging has been disabled.

How to fix it and anybody know how much time it will take to resolve it?

Were you spamming buyers or other sellers with messages? Contact customer support. They will be able to give you a detailed answer.

As you’re a Level 2 seller, I’m sure that you wouldn’t have done anything stupid, like spamming buyers (that’s what newbies might do out of desperation). or say, was there any slang used in messaging conversation with buyers?

hello, may be you are using abuse words or harassing to your seller or buyer.

if you are not done this types of things, then you need to immediate contact customer support team, he/she will definitely solve your problems.
