  1. Thanks for the helpful and concise answer. The BSS is a tricky one as I mostly get the positive reviews(99%) only and sometimes buyer choses not to share feedback(this is where we get no idea about buyer's satisfaction). At the moment, after the Promoted Gigs went OFF, the two gigs of quotes that were ranking higher organically too have disappeared from the top placement. So another concern here is that is it "Promoted Gigs" feature only that decides the gigs' placement? If so, then what about organic ranking? The two gigs I'm talking about has the amazing reviews only, nothing negative recently or even in past some time. They just vanished from top placement right after Promoted Gigs feature made them ineligible for promotion.
  2. Hello everyone, my name is Devang and I'm on Fiverr since June 2014 with an order pool of 4500+ so far. Most of the orders were on my gigs that were centered around "Quotes". So this is kind of my short introduction. As I'm on Fiverr for long(9 years and counting), I've seen it grow gradually along with my growth as well as, as a seller. Being an active seller, I always read through Forum and Blog to keep my profile and gigs updated from time to time. With the boost of Instagram, there was great demand for "Quotes", i.e. Motivational Quotes, Success Quotes and custom quotes images. I was IN at the right time in the category of quotes and enjoyed the fruits of the same. But now with the over-saturation in the category of quotes both in Instagram as quotes accounts as well as in Fiverr sellers who provide the service, there is great competition as well as low demand. Competition is something that we find in every category but the main part is that the demand has decreased drastically. Another reason for this is that graphic design Saas like Canva which makes it easy to design quotes. Earlier, it was Photoshop software which not everyone could learn easily like Canva. Hence, I have decided to switch over to new services and I've switched over to services that fall in skills of my area, i.e. graphic design. I have introduced new gigs, couple of months back, related to logo design, brand style guides design and complete graphic design along with WordPress. Now coming to my question: I was recently invited to join the "Seller Plus" program. I had received its notification on my dashboard. But I wasn't sure as to join it or not so I didn't take any action and thought to join later, as after seeing the organic results of my newly launched gigs. I had the "Promoted Gigs" feature ON at this time. Then after sometime, the notification to join the "Seller Plus" program stopped showing. And along with that, in a day or two I guess, the "Promoted Gigs" feature too went OFF. So I'm just wondering whether the two features have any connection internally? I mean, does joining the "Seller Plus" program have positive benefits on the profile when "Promoted Gigs" feature is OFF and I'm not receiving any queries as my gigs have totally stopped showing at 1st an 2nd page that they used. In fact, my gigs used to show-up at 1st and 2nd page organically for keywords like "quotes", "motivational quotes" and "inspirational quotes" which were the main keywords and I used to receive queries as well as new orders, but with the "Promoted Gigs" feature not available at the moment for my profile, the gigs are way way down. So it's always like this that your best gigs that are there showing up organically at the top will go down once the "Promoted Gigs" feature goes OFF? It has happened with my gigs more than once. So should we join the "Seller Plus" program for sure and must once we get the invitation? For the second question: My new gigs related to logo design and graphic design getting very low impressions. Yes, I understand that Fiverr doesn't guarantee sales or exact placement of gigs, but then how does the Fiverr algorithm work for new gigs or new profiles as I see that some new profiles and new gigs are showing up at top. And as an experience seller, I have experienced that once your gigs start showing up at top, the conversion begins as not all buyers would scroll to 3rd or 4th and so on pages to order a gig. Thank you for reading and looking forward to fruitful discussion. Thank you.
