Sure! You are allowed to do anything but you must follow Fiverr tos.

You are absolutely allowed to create ebooks and sell them, but you have to promote off the site. You can’t post any links to the forum. The best way to connect with Fiverr users would be to sell your ebook with a Fiverr gig!
