Using images for external portfolio

I understand the TOS to say the buyer owns rights to images created/purchased here on Fiverr. I want to use these in my external portfolio - is this ok to do if I state in my gig description that, for example, "buyer owns rights, however, I may use images as a part of my portfolio unless specifically requested not to"

you should really get permission. Since the buyer has the option to uncheck their delivered gig from being included in your portfolio, you should state it in your gig description up front if you plan to do that. HOwever, it may turn some buyers away.
