Scammed?

So first off, sorry if this is in the wrong section or i’m breaking any rules… please tell me if i am.



so someone bought my gig and i delivered it and even gave them more then what did gig said then they canceled the order and i cant take back what i gave him/her. what do i do? i gave him everything that my gig said then he canceled it.

There’s not much that will do any good. I doubt even proving you did everything right to CS would get your money back, but open a support ticket and let them see all your proof. It may make Fiverr watch that seller and ban them if it’s something they do often if nothing else.



I’m sorry this happened to you. It’s one of the biggest risks on this site and I hear about way more than I’m comfortable with.

On that page, you will find a “Submit a request” link at the top right corner. Click on it and submit a ticket to them.

How did they cancel?



If they filed a Paypal buyer dispute - your money is gone forever

If you mutually agreed to cancel - your money is gone forever



Fiverr can’t reclaim the funds in either scenario. It’s frustrating, but they don’t absorb chargebacks.
