The glowing font isn't working well with the current background; I think a black background color would look much better. Additionally, there are a couple of minor issues that need attention. The YouTube logo appears slightly misaligned and could be adjusted for a more centered look. Also, the hair isn't properly cropped from the side, which affects the overall framing. However, aside from these tweaks, the design is perfect and looks great!
