Now days Fiverr new issue

I order a seller when I am new fiverr. than fiverr offer me to join pro I joined. Recently the seller was not complete my order so I cancel the order. But my balance is ZERO $. I go to support they told me they will transfer my $ to my pro balance. my cancel $ is my normal account not pro account. what is this means. if my balance in my normal account why fiverr invite me to join pro. I wait 1 day now they do not reply and my balance is still ZERO.

Take a screenshot of your balance and the order. After that, contact Fiverr support and tell them the problem you are facing. Make sure to provide the order number to the Fiverr support team so they can investigate the problem and solve it faster.
