What do Fiverr do to Spammers ?

I really want to know what does Fiverr do to spammers after reporting ?

Option 1  Their profile are banned and their account is suspended, but they can create other 

Option 2  They can't contact you but they can spam/text other freelancers.

 I am asking because if they are spammer they won't really on one freelancer and they will text 100s of freelancers so they can spam one 

I think this might be the solution 

1 if a new profile texts 100+ freelancers a manual or AI review can be done 

2 User name like simple human

3 New profile cant use word Fiverr or logo 0r image with hex color code of your logo in text and the attachments

4 important seller name in attachment from byers
