Hi! Guys i am new on fiverr i want some help from you :-S



I was join fiverr since 2 month but I was start working on it last 1 month and I do my best service and Got level 1 but i face some issue on fiverr some spammer buyers trying to down my profile reputation i dont know why 😦

I was deliver 8 orders that will cancell by admin reason is that they all use hacked Credit card for paying and my 8 orders was cancell I lost my $32 😦

and my cacelltion ratio increase now its 33% i was complain to fiverr support to reset my cancellation ratio but they say just deliver more order as possible when your completed orders increase your cancellation ratio will decrease auto but i wan to safe my profile or gigs from these spammers kindly suggest me what i do for this ? ? ?
