Why I not getting orders?

Same situation as yours and now I can't find my gig on search. I think it's because of their new nonsense update. All we can do is wait ad pray

Nowadays, it's difficult to get new buyers so better to work with repeat clients. All credit goes to the new level system!

I saw your profile as well, having 2k reviews and your level is 1, if I am not wrong you are demoted? may be it was the reason , but I am saying MAY BE, as no one is sure about this.

Previously I were level 2 seller, after launching new level system, I demoted to level 1.

You are right, not getting message from new buyers. Also, the GIG impressions are going down day by day even after completing orders with 5 star rating.

If you are getting orders, then you should focus only on it. Forget impressions and clicks for a while if things are fine at your end (getting orders still).

I am facing the same issue, not getting order for a long time and my gig impressions are going down day by day. Can you please suggest suggest me how to improve and what is the actual issue?

Not getting orders ???? That is not what I see when I check your reviews.

Most of the orders are coming from the regular buyers and most of the order are running for a long time. If you allow, I can send you a dashboard screenshot, So, you can check and analyze.

I fear that I cannot help you. Many sellers have fewer orders because there are fewer buyers than before on Fiverr.

In August 2023, I had 48 orders (my record). I have 14 orders now. 

There are less buyers. This is mentioned already on the forum. My success manager confirmed this during my last meeting with her.

You have multiple less than 4-star public reviews in the last few months. Even if half of those buyers left bad private reviews - it would tank your individual gig scores for 3 to 6 months. That would diminish your gig's visibility, hence, no new buyers!!

I read this in forum but when i researched GIGs in my niche, I found that there are lots of orders are on my fellow sellers GIGs,

Maybe they offer something that you don't offer.

And @priyank_mod is right. You have multiple less than 4-star public reviews in the last few months. This means that your performance is going down.

Still you should be grateful that you are getting orders from your repeat clients. 99% sellers are still struggling to get orders and here you are complaining that you are not getting orders? Feel blessed! 🙏

You will see very less interaction with the new buyers now (all credits: new level system). So work with your repeat clients no matter what.
