Brand new and wondering about live chat with buyers

Hello everyone. I was wondering does Fiverr provide the live chat for coaching etc with buyers? How does that work. I've used other online sites in the past but I was wondering if that pops up as an option after gig is bought? Or is it something I have to turn on in my profile. Forgive me if this is a simple answer and I just don't see it lol.
