Account restricted due to failed verification process

Hi,

I have created a fiverr account. During verification stage, it asked for ID and photo verification. After ensuring that photos are clear, I submitted them for verification. However, after a minute, I received an email from fiverr mentioning that "We weren’t able to verify your personal and business information, therefore your account has been restricted. ".  I contacted fiverr customer support for help and whether they need any additional information but their response was

Your account is restricted as you have failed the verification process.

After careful review, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide another attempt at the verification process. Please be advised that the decision is final.

 

This is shocking for me as no reason is provided for verification process failure and decision is marked as final. 

Note that this is the first time I have created fiverr account and all of the information provided was as per fiverr guidelines and T&Cs. I have gone through Account verification process and don't think I did any violation. 

Does anyone have any experience dealing with such cases? Help from community is required on how to take this further.

Hello there,

I have the same issue. Did your problem solved? I contacted to fiverr through the fiverr help 4 times and got the exact same answer each time. their response was ;  

"Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out regarding the status of your account. Your account is restricted as you have failed the verification process.

After careful review, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide another attempt at the verification process. Please be advised that the decision is final.

There is no further explanation and no given chance to fix the issue.

Hello,

No. Problem is still unsolved. I followed up with support team couple of times but no favorable response. They keep on mentioning that they are unable to provide another attempt at the verification process and that there decision is final.
