Low Performance

What is low Performance? Any one facing same issue. I am working on fiverr from last 5 years and fiverr put my account on "Low Performance". My gigs are not visible and i have no new order from past 2 months. My performance is highly impacted. Need help regarding this issue.

When new level system was implemented, At that time my success score was 6 and still my account was on low performance. Now its 4 and still no change. Need help. Any one facing same issue?

This will be the reason: A 1.3 star review and a 3 star review.

Yes these reviews might be the issue but i have done more than 250+ orders with 150 ratings. 4.9 is my entire rating . how can only one or two review can cause this?

No one is providing any solution, i have contacted fiverr support several time and i get auto reply.

This new level system says improve success score to 5 to resolve this issue. let me inform you guys when new system is implemented my success score was 6. when i keep reaching to fiverr support as i had a valid point , success score goes directly from 6 to 4. how is this possible. This thing is a bug and many of us are impacted
