Withdrawal error

I have been having problems withdrawing money from my account using my PC for months, but on the mobile app, it was good. Now I can't withdraw the money on any platform and I am getting the following message "The operation couldn't be completed (Alamofire.AFError error 9.) 

 

What could this possibly mean? I have contacted support but I am yet to get a response.
