i got attacked by numbr of dishonest and scammers buyers

hi,

 

i recieved number of scammers who ordered my gigs then after i delivered they asked for refund with no clear or no reason at all , after they got their refund leaves me very bad negative reviews , whi i didn't deserve , since they got therefund no need to keep their dishonest review on me that destroted my gig completely

 

i requested help from fiverr since 4 days no response is i have to contact superior authorities tosolve this ? i felt like i bullied and disrespected as seller and iam buyer as well

Fiverr staff is likely off during the weekend. They are also very busy with the 1000s of requests due to the rating and level update, so it will likely take a few more days. I'm 100% certain they will address your issue when they get through all the tickets that are ahead of you. There are a lot
