How to contact an unavailable buyer?

pabsoher

Question

I've had an user trying to get an offer from me, the little issue is that said buyer has their profile as unavailable(the user is active but has their profile set that way), which affects my capacity to answer them; I've been told by Customer Service that this won't affect my response rate, but I still feel on the need to help this person.

Is there any way I can contact them to at least tell them to turn their availability on so we can discuss their project?

Hi @pabsoher,

I've just checked now and I see that our Customer Support team already informed you that the user in question is on vacation and that's the reason you cannot reach them.

Once they're back they'll get your message, and if they're still interested in ordering your Gig, they'll reach back again.

Hope this helps 🍀

If buyer feel to buy your gig then he will contact with you again. Contact with Fiverr buyer outside Fiverr marketplace is a violation. So do not try to contact with buyer outside Fiverr.

Thanks, but unfortunately the buyer believes I'm watching since it still appears I'm conncected, but due to their status my textbox is disabled; my goal is just to find a way for him to notice there's a reason why I can't answer them, but still in the platform.

Yes, they had already answered me that, which unfortunately wasn't useful at all; not only that, but it seems like the "won't affect your response rate" turned out to be a lie as well, since I already got affected.
