New rating/level system

I can’t seem to find a concrete answer to what seems like a simple question.

Once the transition to the new rating system is complete, will the historical reviews and ratings of a seller still be visible/counted? I guess I want to know if all the ratings from previous orders just disappear and are no longer considered by either the algorithm or by potential customers.

Or more simply, is this a complete reset for sellers?
