Is it allowed? Will I get banned?

Sounds suspicious (and a bit creepy), to be honest. Especially since you offer writing and VA services, not voice overs, so they have zero need to hear your voice.

And "what you can offer" or "how can you help us" is a question one might get at a job interview; I always find it weird when someone asks it here on Fiverr, since I very much didn't apply to work for their company, they came to me.
