Text to Speech on Fiverr ONLY

hi there! I have a narrator on when I use Fiverr but I'm not sure how I have done this and it is driving me CRAZY! It makes navigating the site impossible. What is being read out is highlighted yellow and the sight snaps to it and I lose control of scrolling the page. It also reads out every letter that I type. Can someone please help? Thanks!

You have accidentally turned on the "Screen Reader" accessibility feature on Fiverr.

1. Either use shortcut i.e., Ctrl + . (dot/full-stop)
2. Or scroll down to the bottom (from Dashboard page) and you will find the Accessibility option on the footer and from there you can toggle it on/off.
