Sing-In issue at Fiverr Affiliate Account

Dear Forum,

At fiverr affiliates, it doesn't allow me to sign in with the password but when i click forget password it says email not found.. Surprisingly, and when i try to sign up it says the account already exists.

My mind is boggling! Please help resolve this issue on priority.
