Reducing the percentage of inbox response rate

hi
I have answered all the messages in the inbox.
I haven't received any messages from customers for a while.


But the percentage of my inbox response rate decreases.


What is the reason for that?
I will be grateful if someone gives me a suitable answer.

You did not reply on time to people. You need to reply within a day. Most likely you didn't. 

That metric covers the past 2 months, so sometime in the past 2 months you haven't replied to a few people within 24 hours. That's all.

As @donnovan86 mentioned, since the metric covers the past 60 days (and it's a rolling 60 days), if no new messages are received, your inbox response rate will decrease because the number of inbox messages in the current 60-day period is now less (while the system is still counting the occurences where you didn't respond within 24 hours).
