You definitely should be able to drop messages when sellers or your buyers people are online. Just that they would not be able to respond to you except when they are back. Are you facing this issue with a specific user or it is general?

Find a professional skill you can do with a high degree of competence. You are currently not doing this.

Then, offer it to individuals and organizations that need that skill.
