Buyer call me out of fiverr

A buyer came and told me by giving me an email address in the message, writing my name and country name in the mail as if I don't know everything about the project from him. What should I do now?

It's against the Fiverr TOS. First, ask for the details of the project, and don't share any contact details of yours.

You will lose your account if you do this. So never do it. this is totally against Fiverr TOS. All communication with the client is to be done via the Fiverr message board.

Maximum buyers are fake, when any buyer tells you to go outside of Fiverr. so stay away from them

All solid advice. I made the mistake of putting my personal email address in my Fiverr profile when I first started, not understanding that wasn't allowed. But I learned. Fiverr business needs to be conducted over Fiverr only.
