I will never buy from Fiverr again. I have a product canceled since 11-25-2023 and I have not received a refund of the amount. Very bad experience

The relevant departments are currently looking into this issue, and there's not much I can do to help. Please note that our CS receives a huge amount of emails every day and they will respond as soon as possible. I understand this may be frustrating, but please be patient.
